I love it it was really easy to install we can not even hear it operate and a nice looking piece of equipment installed on my wall I highly recommended this system to anyone and very afforadable also

First off I had nothing but issues just getting a tracking number for my product, call after call, the office kept giving me the incorrect number, second. This isn't the machine I was looking for ,the line set has to be vacuumed out, while I was expecting to get a machine that was totally dyi, I would not recommend this product or this company to trust them to get you what you purchased!

The install was a little hectic, but a few you tube videos I got it installed. It works great keeping my house cool. Great product!!!

DIY Install Successful!

Install was fairly easy once I had all the necessary parts. Installed outside unit first, then inside (recommend the other way). Wish I knew I needed: 10/2 wire, 25amp double pole breaker, AC Disconnect, power cable whip. Installed first with 12/2 wire and a 30amp single pole, but when I started up the inside unit, it gave me a PC 01 error. Hope you can learn from my mistakes.

I love Mrcool. It’s my second time using this brand. My first unit is at least 10 years old and is still going strong

The Advantage line is not 4th Gen/not pre charged

The Advantage line of mini splits are not 4th gen products and do NOT inclued pre-charged lines. Instructions are OK but could be much more clear. The control wires were different color than wiring diagram (wiring diagram location not included in the instructions). I would not recommend this product for DIY. The lines must be evacuated.

Total nightmare delivery

I purchased three of these units a year ago and install is easy and instructions are good. One of the units started acting up right away and after contacting Mr Cool many times I still have not gotten the problem fixed. now the unit will not run at all and Mr Cool has been terrible to deal with. The other two units have performed flawlessly and are very efficient and quiet. I am going to purchase another unit for my garage but I do not know if I want to purchase a Mr Cool if they will not honor their warranty

A little nervous ordering from a smaller company, but they were excellent with customer service they responded to messages very quickly. Shop didn’t update any of the shipping notification but they provided me with the details once requested. Shipping took a while coming from the port but I received everything I ordered in good condition. I would order from them again

Mr cool 24 k Mini split Advantage

Love the Mr Cool mini splits. I have installed quite a few. However, this one wont turn on . But tech support ect.. jumped right on it and are shipping me a new part. Things happen just a part of life. I will continue to buy these units .

Love Mr. Cools, the only thing that i wish they would not have gotten rid of is the wall thermostat. I use these in many rentals and having a remote is not ideal...

I have installed at least 14 of these now. Super easy ! Wiring is numbered. You cant go wrong. You do not need a hvac tech for these.
