Don't be fooled by the online images that make the rug look so nice, it's cheaply made.

I recently purchased a rug from this company, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality. The rug is incredibly thin and seems more suitable for outdoor use rather than anyone's living space. It's cheaply made and not worth any amount of money. I'm returning it, but be aware that this company will keep the shipping charges, which in my case were nearly $50.

Great rug.

I was very happy with this purchase. It’s always a gamble when buying online. The colors were true to the picture and it was softer than I expected . When I read that it was an outdoor/indoor I was thinking it would have almost that plastic feel outdoor rungs have to them, but it has a soft feeling to it and a higher pile than I was thinking…to my delight. Had it now for one week…hoping it’s durability holds up to an active family and dog.

Vibrant and beautiful

I had this tab open for a month trying to decide on a rug for the new sofas I was ordering. I kept coming back to the bad reviews that said it bleh. They must have gotten a different colorway because this rug is vibrant and very similar to how it appears online. The only slight difference is that the taupe is slightly less brown and more gray in real life. Yes, it’s thin- it’s typical to any of the indoor/outdoor polypropylene rugs- no thinner. Don’t hesitate- this rig is an absolute stunner!

Did Not Receive rug.

We received three out of four orders: 2 underlay and a long rug. The smaller rug never arrived.

Beautiful Rug!

The colors are beautiful, but I wish the rug was a bit more thick to add some cushion. It is very flat. Will definitely need a rug pad underneath.

I love this rug, I wasn’t sure if it would be nice enough to use in my living room, but it’s great. It’s very thin, but feels soft underfoot. I think it will wear very well in a high traffic area.
