Water gets all over the bathroom floor.
Bad product. Water gets all over the bathroom floor. I wish I can return it I even spent money in having it installed. It is useless. Bad purchase.
glass coming loose and terrible customer service
The glass came off the bracket (it came glued together so it's not an installation issue). After contacting the customer service they refused to refund me even though they acknowledge the defect and are offering to ship a replacement to the defective part if I pay $95 for shipping. The glass panel seems to be poorly glued to the bracket and the fact that it can come loose is dangerous as it's heavy and can hurt someone or damage the surrounding area. I was not able to talk to a manager.
Bath shower door
The shower door took a couple of extra weeks to arrive. Free shipping was nice. The glass shower door was easy it install. Looks very nice!
