Great but needs modifications

The seals are too big, ugly, and excessive, ruining the minimal look. I'll buy aftermarket ones that are more minimal. I'll keep the bottom seals but remove all the vertical ones. I'll get small dots so the glass doesn't hit hard surfaces and a minimal seal with a magnetic strip for the side. The transparent bumpers are supposed to hold the door but don't work with these seals—they just pull out. Instead of screwing parts to the bathtub, I used silicone to glue them.

For an expensive glass door, the fixtures were very poor and cheap feeling. Overall should have got a custom door instead of

I mistakenly purchased these doors when what I needed is something custom-made for my bathtub.

Do not drill into your tub.

As others have stated the instructions do not cover cast iron tubs. We used Gorilla.Glue Adhesive to glue it all down to the tub edge. The center support is to big and hangs 1/4" over tub edge.

The doors look beautiful at night but during the days there is a cloudy haze over the glass. It looks bad, I tried Rain X but it only makes it a little better but it is not clear. The sun comes through the window and it magnifies the situation. It makes me sad because the doors are beautiful at night.

The product looks nice but some of the quality feels cheap (mainly the metal and especially the handles). The handles are not a single bar but instead a hollow tube placed on a top and bottom peg, therefore the handle spins. In fear of cracking the glass on the door, I don't want to tighten the holders any further. I have another shower door by Vigo that is of much higher quality.

This was absolutely a disaster. I don't think it was Home Depot's fault as the product ships directly from the factory and we had to order this door THREE (3) times as all times, the product delivered without hardware. P.S. if you ask for them to just send the hardware, they won't. So you have to schedule pick ups, returns, re-order and wait and wait. Oh, and there were delays on getting the doors on two (2) of the 3 orders. If you have any other options, do NOT order this product. As I said at the beginning, HD was helpful on the phone but the manufacturer, their customer service and quality control was outrageous.

The end result was as expected but there were serious problems with the instructions.

You have to drill multiple holes in your tub!!!!

It is extremely hard for me to understand what they are thinking. I have never seen a product like this that requires you to drill holes into the tub to mount it, but that is what they want you to do. The overall quality and materials of the product are outstanding, but the mounting is a buzz kill. I am going to try and mount the dam strip using only silicone caulk and I will see if it holds up. There is zero chance I will drill holes into my bath tub to mount the "dam strip".

Door frame is level but one door will not stay shut. Installer says there needs to be more friction on the roller in order for it to remain closed. Horrible purchase and I would purchase another door if I could do it all over again.

I am giving the door a 3 because the rubber pieces that is on the side and bottom of the door are ugly and they don't stick to the wall properly. Whenever you shower water comes out at the side or below the door. I had to purchased some clear plastic corner gruads to put at the side of the doors to prevent water from running out at the sides of the doors. A part that doors look nice.

Delta has poor customer service

Purchased this and started looking over the install instructions. Within the first few steps it has you drilling into the base of the tub BUT it only has instructgions for Arylic or Tile installations. No mention on what to do for cast iron. Do they really want you to drill into a cast iron tub? I called Delta customer service line as the instructions suggest and was on forever holds and never connected to a live person. I emailed their customer support line and still no answer. I really wouldn’t recommend any of the Delta shower door line as its exgtremly difficult to get ahold of anybody for any help.

Overall very pleased with this unit. Package is heavy as all get out and doing this by myself had to open and take it upstairs in pieces. Instructions are well written for this being the first shower door I have installed. Can honestly say I read thru the instructions before I started and then we back to step one and took off installing. Final product looks really good and very happy how it looks. I’ll try to post a few pics later. I would very much recommend this unit.

Not a good fit

Looks horrible with all the rubber seals you have to use to prevent water leaking out shower. When you adjust the wheels other than in the middle the whole thing looks out of balance.

The track that the doors sit on is way too wide for the glass door

Check tub width!

These doors are amazing! We always get compliments on them. The only problem we have is that the tub we got (and had already installed and been tiled around) was not wide enough for the bottom glider. So now the bottom of the doors swing when bumped
