The quality is not as expected. The slats are not strong and it does not provide a good firm support for the mattress as it tends to sag in places and you can feel the middle posts. We added a piece of 1/2” plywood and that helps. All said it is nice looking and the under-bed storage drawers are convenient

the bed came with a few cracks in the wood but I guess its normal wear and tear in shipping. It stills seems pretty solid and looks beautiful. It was actually pretty easy to put together and I did most of it on my own. Not sure how it will stand up over time but so far so good.

The description indicated that a metal frame would fit instead of having to use the wooden foundation slats. My metal frame did not and I had to install and use the wooden slats. I am not a fan as I don't believe those provide the same level of support. The headboard came with what appears to be imprint of small letters of some sort. The side rails and foot board are very small and thin. You get what you pay for I guess but this was a disappointment. Way too much trouble to take a part and return so I'm going to use it until it falls apart. Would not purchase.

This bed frame came well packaged with no damage. I put it together in a little over an hour including two drawers. It was easy to assemble. The drawers are larger than I expected with lots of room for storage. The bottom of the drawer is a piece of what seems to be hardboard...not designed for really heavy items. The free floating drawers work well on the carpeted floor. The espresso color is quite dark, but works well with the rest of my decor. Nice design. This is for a guest room. Time will tell how it holds up, but seems to be fairly sturdy once the slat boards are put in place & secured.

Quality bed that looks really nice. It has 2 nice features the description doesn’t mention. It comes with a USB port to attach to the bed and you can adjust the levels - if you don’t have the drawers underneath. It was easy to put together- took 2 men less than an hour. Reviews mention the drawers don’t attach which made it easier to put together but they do slide. My son uses the drawers to step on to get into the bed as it is high for a 4yo. When he does that the drawers slide and once they opened and he slipped in. Not a deal breaker but definitely irritating. The bed was exactly what I was looking for (platform with storage that doesn’t have space for lots of toys to faso I’m going to deal with it.

This Nantucket bed has the clean, crisp look I was hoping for when I set up a bed for my granddaughter to have sleepovers. It was pretty easy to put together, except for the fact that I had to sand off a little bit of paint on the dowels used to connect the headboard panel to the headboard legs. The dowels were installed at the factory and painted, but the paint made it so it was difficult to make them fit in the predrilled holes. I also wish they would have drilled starter holes to screw the slats to the rails. They gave wood screws for that purpose and it worked out fine, but it would have been easier had they drilled the holes. Other than those minor problems, the bed seems nice and sturdy. The finish is nice and smooth and a beautiful, clean pure white. I'm very pleased with the bed, and I'm sure my granddaughter will be as well!

I ordered this bed because the description said it was made with solid wood. I was skeptical, and fully expected a bed to arrive with particle board parts - but at this price I took a chance. The bed arrived in three boxes of heavy duty cardboard, and was very easy to handle. It turned out the bed WAS solid wood, with a flawless paint job. Each part of the bed was well packaged and wrapped in foam. All the hardware (with extra pieces) and tools were included for assembly. The bed even came with two sets of legs - you can use low legs for box springs and mattress, or high legs for mattress only and storage underneath. Assembly took maybe 30 minutes. Great twin bed for the price!
