Sturdy, and does what I need it to do - converts from dresser to bed easily. Joints are poor, with lots of gaps. White finish chips easily. Keep the bed open with windows open and a fan running to mitigate odor from VOCs. Mattress is comfortable and has no odors. For the price I expected better finish work.

Bed frame failed at 315 pounds - listed as having an 800 pound weight limit. I purchased this bed specifically due to it's higher weight limit. My Son in law is 6'6" and 315#. It didn't hold him, let alone he and my daughter. Can't remember the last time I was this disappointed in a purchase. Don't waste your money. They did say the mattress was comfortable even on the floor.
