I would have given 5 stars, but there was a minimal dripping coming through the cartridge for the cold water to the spout. The plumber had to work with the fixture for a bit to get the dripping to stop

It works fine, sometimes the hit and cold knobs spin a little bit it's just a twist and it's back in place. Other than that it worked good for my tub bc of the long spout.

Beautiful wall mount. We haven’t installed it yet, so can’t comment on the water pressure. Love the chrome color and style.

Great tub filler for soaking or air bubble tub if you don't want one that comes out of the floor. Looks beautiful in our new bath room.

description is not correct. I ordered this 13" (tall) length wall mounted spout because I needed that length to reach my claw foot tub. It states it is 13" from bottom {where it meets the wall} to top {where the water flows out} but it is actually less than 10" quite a bit of a difference!!! Even the picture with the instructions shows it being 13", but even if I could mount it, ti would only be a 10" reach, at most.

Great Looking Faucet!

This was the perfect faucet for my remodel of a 40's Bungalow. Sadly the existing plumbing would not accomodate it, so I had to return it. Solidly made, great looking.

This will take an entirety to fill a tub

This tub faucet does not have the 7 GPM as it is advertised. The faucet spout is less than 1 inch.

Great choice for wall mounted bathtub faucet

This faucet was just what we needed for our new freestanding tub. The chrome finish is timeless and our contractor said that it was a quality wall mounted faucet.

Its beautiful, looks amazing and the long spout fits the space perfectly. But the install will require a plumber with the right tools. It took about 5 tries for them to get it right/not leaking.

Impressed with the product AND the service

We are absolutely thrilled with our new tub faucet. It's gorgeous, and was very easy to install. What impressed me even more was the service I received from Kingston Brass when I called with a question. The correct item was shipped, but there was some confusion when it arrived as to whether we received the tub faucet or the sink faucet, due to a label on the side of the box referencing the sink faucet's model number. They look almost identical, but the flow rate differs considerably. I called Kingston Brass and spoke with an amazing service rep, who spent 20 min with me going over the specifics and installation guide over the phone to see if we could differentiate between the two. I wasn't sure what to expect when I called given that I hadn't purchased the product directly from the manufacturer (it was over $125 less from Build.com), but this company stands behind their product! Build.com was great about assisting when I first called to clarify this issue as well, but they recommended I reach out to the manufacturer for support. All in all, a GREAT service experience from Build and Kingston Brass. Our faucet arrived promptly, price was great, and the support was there when I needed it. I would highly recommend both!

Nice! - (Just check your existing water lines)

I purchased this tub faucet in oil rubbed bronze. The finish was beautiful. The pieces were very substantial and heavily weighted. Looked like an antique faucet. Unfortunately, I had to return it because it did not work with my existing rough-in plumbing. Make sure your water supply lines come upright from the floor. In my case, the lines ran horizontally through the walls. I liked the piece so much, I urged the plumber to try his best to make it work, but it just did not fit any way we tried. Would have loved to use it, but wound up returning it.
