Grid is very difficult to clean

I've been using this pan and rack weekly to bake chicken. While the baking results are great, the rack itself has become very difficult to clean to the point where I need to soak the rack overnight in soapy water to scrub the next day. Even then, the baked-on food is still stuck and is simply not coming as clean as it was in the beginning.

The quality is everything I expected. I also love the rack!

Best combination

For years, I never had a grid that fit my sheet pan. It was always too small or too large until these. These are perfectly sized and make storing easy since the grid fits inside. Nordi Ware is always the best of the best in quality.

I use this sheet pan quite often and love it. No warping, excellent heat transfer, cools quickly when removed from the oven, and easy to clean. I have had stubborn stains that I couldn't get out of other sheets and using some vinegar and baking soda (or hydrogen peroxide and baking soda, just look online for instructions). I like this sheet so much that I have said to myself I should have bought more of them and I intend to!

Serves the purpose well

Work well as I had hoped. Can hadle enough french fries for two. Works fine in our convection oven.

Great Buy

I bought these pans for my husband because he has been baking crispy chicken wings in the oven. He was using a cookie sheet with the horizontal rack. He has seen cooks use these type on T.V. and they looked really good. They work well and clean up easily.

Sehr gut verarbeitet, sie funktioniert bestimmt sehr gut . Ich musste sie leider zurückschicken da der Backofen mit den Auszügen nicht breit genug war. Sehr schade.
