My wife wanted the rack to display all of her steampunk hats. The hats look amazing!

I needed something for the coat closet. This did the trick! It's attractive and seems sturdy. My teenage son was able to figure out how to put it together.

Ordered 4 shoe racks. The side of one was separated at the seam where it was glued at the factory. I had to re-glue and clamp myself because it would have been too much of an inconvenience to return it. I read reviews beforehand and customers had the same problem. Quality control is lacking but overall I like the design and look of the shoe racks.

I purchased 3 of these for my walk in closet. They were easily assembled … fit easily into the closet ..neatly below my hanging clothes … suits .. pants .. shirts. stores lots of shoes & really 'cleaned up' my closet. They are light weight … yet sturdy enough. I'll purchase more for other homes.

Solid purchase

I like the design and the fact that it stores all my shoes in a neat and organized fashion! My only concern is the height clearance between the shelves; I often scratch the tops of my hands when placing/removing shoes. A couple more inches in between shelves wouldn’t hurt, otherwise solid purchase!

Happy with this. Does the job and has a high quality, natural unlike many of the particle-board options out there. One note: your high heels will slip through the cracks! Otherwise, definitely recommend.

Purchased this shoe rack for next to the front entry door at a beach cabin where the decor is knotty pine. Am hoping to encourage guests to take off their shoes. I am happy that the color will go very well, and the bamboo looks slightly rustic. The packaging was excellent and it arrived in good shape. Will see how it goes together later.

I really like my shoe rack. It arrived with a flaw, though I was able to put it together yesterday in a few minutes, very simple. And then sent an email to the company and they responded immediately, and have already shipped out a new un-flawed part that I can replace. The bamboo and graceful lines makes it Zen-like elegant yet durable. MC

I'm only giving three stars because I bought two of these....one arrived in good shape and was quickly assembled. The second one had a broken handle and the screw holes didn't even line up on the remaining pieces. The bix was undamaged so this one obviously slipped through quality control. However, UPS picked up the box the next day and Wayfair had a replacement to me a week later. The new one was just fine.

Large shoe rack, easy assembly

This shoe rack is much larger than it looks in the picture. It was quite easy to put together. It has only 8 screws that go in with the enclosed Allen wrench. In addition, it is stackable. The only downside is that the rack's shelves came splintered & you should take care removing them from the box. Be prepared to use some sandpaper to remove those splinters.

Bamboo rack needs tweaking

This is my second one of these and I was impressed with the first one, but the second one demonstrates a reduction in quality. Sent in the box was two of the same sides. They are countersunk so it is apparent when there is an oops. The drill holes are a little snug which makes nesting one on top of another difficult. It is a nice piece, just need to be more vigilant in their quality control department.

Lovely, Functional, Easy to Assemble

I wanted a shoe rack for our mud room as we are always tripping over one another's shoes. This rack is beautiful, love the bamboo and color. We have medium oak hardwood floors and this matches beautifully & has organized that area!! We love the look and it was very easy to assemble. Fairly priced and very nice quality.

Great service OK product

Package came on time so no complains there. But the quality of the product is below our expectations. We bought similar product before and it was fine. This one had some problems. Rounded corners are rough, not finished. The wooden pin on the bottom just went all the way in and we had to drill it out.
