No More Cable Holes In The Legs

I love this desk series and am glad they still sell it. However they have gotten rid of the cable holes in the legs and it's very disappointing. Luckily I could salvage the legs from an older desk. I would gladly pay for the option to have those included. The box was not package well and arrived completely open and falling apart. The desk's laminate was chipped in some places, but that was clearly from the manufacturer and not from shipping. The new cable holes are smaller and round instead of oval, it was a bit harder to get some of the cables through, but overall I think it's better to not have such big cable openings. I would buy again but am very disappointed about the cable holes in the legs being omitted.

Used Product Was Delivered

I like the product, but shipping and delivery needs some help. Upon receipt, box was busted. It was obvious by the extra and unprofessional taping that the product had been returned. Everything in the box is in shambles and scratched. The return process is extremely cumbersome and requires research and persistence.

Good desk - poor cable trays.

The under-desk cable trays are a great idea, but they're a bit flimsy. I pulled the cable trays out after a while. Otherwise, it works well.

Love this desk! There is so much space and it's very sturdy. Easy to put together too!

I elected to cancel the corner desk and got the 72" long desk instead.

Horrible customer service response

Ordered late november. Order came in but I am missing 1 of the 3 pieces. So one of the desks is missing. I have called multiple times with no help. Item lost in shipping supposedly but Cymax has done nothing to help locate or replace. My office is torn apart waiting for corner desk. It has been over 3 weeks and still no desk or help.

As promised

The desk shipped within a week of ordering it, the quality of the product is excellent and it Was very easy to assemble. I would strongly suggest it to anyone considering buying.

Great furniture! Fits my office great! The sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. The furniture came very quickly. The chair I ordered was damaged in transit and they provided a replacement part very quickly. This is the selection and service I came to expect pre-pandemic.

Your Not-So-Little Corner of the World

I say is very good. Super heavy once assembled. I did by self but does not recommend. Instructions to assemble upside-down like, but if did could not have flipped upright by self, see. But is good, solid corner desk, perfect fit for me in my little corner of the world. Cable management do-dads. Plenty big top space for computer, audio interface, studio monitors, nick knacks, piles of junk mail, and the like, with space to write or draw on to boot. Plenty of space underneath as well for more junk and/or to hide and potentially scare somebody by grasping ankles with menacing growl or other disturbing noise.

Solid and spacious desk. I love it.

The assembly directions were clear. I highly recommend having a good electric screwdriver for the long screws. It was tough to screw them in manually.

Paper Laminate - Buyer be ware

I have purchased a similar desk to this from Bush, had I known, the cheap paper laminate is only good if you plan on using this to stage photos to sell desks.. If you plan on using this as a work station, the paper will peel, any water will destroy the finish... Run from this one and any other paper laminate. I had to have a replacement sent with in the first 3 weeks and knew it was a matter of time before this thing would be a dumpster weight.

Good quality!

It was easy to assemble and great quality. Just make sure you have enough space for a big desk. You will love all the surface space but it comes at a price of taking a lot of room in your office. Treat yourself and buy it. I recommended it.

Busted furniture

My 48-inch Hansen Cherry corner desks (2 of them, 2 separate packages) arrived with breached packaging and all of the components were mingling freely on the bottom of the box. Im not certain all of them were even there. 1 star. Someday I hope to submit a rating for the actual desk.
