I initially didn't leave a comment when I first rated these rugs, and I'm glad I still can. Because these rugs are awesome and durable.

Great texture and color. True to size. Came nicely wrapped and laid flat almost instantly. No odor like some sisal products.

Suits my needs perfectly!

I was looking for a 7x7 rug for a small reading room. I'm pleased to have found this item. It fits the space perfectly, adding some warmth and texture. It was also reasonably priced and had good reviews.

Got this as a runner for a coastal home hallway. Decided to put in laundry room where cat box is located. Haven't encountered one speck of litter since! Just lift up and vacuum under.

I have had this rug for about 6 months now. It is mostly holding up, but there are a few spots where it's just slightly unweaving. I would recommend using an anti-slip mat underneath it though as it does move around on the floor.

I loved the Ceferina Jute rug, and thought it was perfect. after 6 months it started to come apart in one corner about 8 inches wide. It continues to unravel. I will have to order again and decide whether I will order the same. I have had great luck with SAFAVIEH in past purchases.

Jute Runner

I ordered this for a long hallway. It worked perfectly. I wish the ends were not folded over so that they were thicker than the rest of the rug because I do trip on it walking down the hallway.

The color is as represented in the photos and the quality seems to be good. The only notable thing is that the edges are quite “bulbous” as my husband commented which we are hoping isn’t a tripping hazard. Also, it’s not completely straight. If it wasn’t such an absolute pain to get it under out bed I might consider returning it.

Temporary Rug

Shortly after receiving the threads started coming apart and rug looks misshaped. Also, thicker than I thought. I kept it for a year and just purchased something different.

I could not be happier with this rug. I needed a large rug--11'x14'--and I sure could not afford a wool one that big. So I decided to try sisal, and I got this one on sale. I love it! It's not "crunchy" or dry like sisal, but more supple, like rope. It doesn't smell at ALL. It is HEAVY and lays beautifully. And it LOOKS good.

I love the size and the price but it needed a little reinforcement right off the back. The backside of the rug where the knots terminate started to pull out. It was easy to fit. I pushed the jute back into place with a wood skewer and applied a little hot glue with my trusty gun. I also reinforced along all the edges.

These rugs are durable and look amazing. These are my go to for any Office or home. I have purchased these carpets various times. Each and every time people are amazed that I bought them from overstock. They look expensive And last.

Very nice natural fiber rug. The color and construction are just what I was looking for in a rug. I would recommend this rug to anyone needing a neutral accent rug.

Sadly I returned this because the rug felt rough and I was afraid of my dog walking across it and have her paw get stuck in the weave. It is a beautiful neutral shade. I wanted it for my breakfast table. If I did not have pets, this rug would have been great under the table.

Overall very nice quality for a jute rug ( good edging, tight weave, even color, beautiful natural color, no fraying). Simply put, it is a jute rug, so be prepared for regular Roomba or vacuum use b/c of some minor shedding. Quality rug pad appears to alleviate most of shedding issue. If rug were offered with underside backing (at minimum around edges), shedding might likely be reduced or contained.

So far, so great. The color is rich and beautiful. The quality is top notch. The rug feels good under my feet. It's not too hard. There was no dust when I unpacked it. I love this rug.

Im so sorry I bought these

I love Safavieh rugs HOWEVER I ordered two of these to replace worn out sisal. They arrived well packaged but are NOT the color that I ordered. I ordered mushroom and these are chocolate brown with flecks of mushroom, and they are awful. I kept them only because I was having a party, and even my guests commented on how ugly they are. They are plush and feel great under bare feet, and my two great Pyrs love them but- U_G_L_Y and they DO shed!

I am disappointed and very upset about this purchase. I spent a lot of money (10x14 jute rug). Reviews said the shedding would stop after 6 months. We're just under 3 years in and it hasn't stopped. Also, it's worn to the CORD in 2 large areas, and there are loops that keep popping up. It cautions NOT to use the beater on the vaccuum cleaner so it doesn't feel clean, especially with the bumpiness of it. It's highway robbery. BUT, it's over the time limit and Wayfair won't do anything. Also, the company who made it switched from one to another, so nothing can be done. If you dare get this, pay for a warranty! Other than that, it looks warm, nice on the feet.

Great sturdy runner

Bought this in the runner for my kitchen and it's held up great over the last 1.5 years. It is in a very high traffic area but still looks great and is easy to take outside to brush off debris once in awhile. Our dogs approve of it too!

Jute in the master? Why not!

Wee were hesitant to put a Jute rug in our master bedroom. We went for it and could not be more pleased. Looks great, not rough on bare feet and size was perfect for our room. 100% recommend. Rug is heavy and well made.
