This was my first time

This was my first time ordering from Rugs Direct and I won’t hesitate to order and/or recommend it to anyone. The area rug is beautiful. The color was accurate and matched just the way I wanted it to. Thank you so much!!!

Horrible Experience

The carpet was not the same color depicted on line. When it arrived we realized with would not work with the decor in the room we had hoped to use it in! When we tried to return it, not only did we have to pay over $100 for the return, we also had terrible communication with Rug Direct! We finally got the rug picked up and still haven't received credit and to top it all off, we got this email asking how we like our new carpet!!! Clearly your records didn't update to show that we RETURNED the carpet! Would appreciate a call back to let us know what is happening with our credit??? Will NEVER buy from Rugs Direct again!

For the price, I think

For the price, I think it was a wise purchase. We have 2 dogs, so it looks like vacuuming and cleaning the rug will be easy. The rug is light weight, and is thin. It is not plush and soft. The color was exactly what I hoped for. Delivery was so fast. I am glad for that. The other rug that I ordered from another company turned out to be on back order, and I probably won't receive it until May. That is why I ordered this rug. So I am very pleased.
