The coop was exactly as described and the directions for assembly were step by step and easy to use. The pieces and screws were all labeled which made assembly a smooth process. The chicks love their new home.

This cage was meant for a babydoll house. It was so flimsy, I will not be buying that item again.shame on yall for selling something that is so flimsy and unusable. If I didn’t have to disassemble, I would return it, instead it is piled behind my shop wasted my money.

You will not find a better coop for the value.

Very happy with this chicken coop. Easy to out together, well built and larger than I expected. Overall I feel this is an outstanding value and it was exactly what we were looking for. After looking everywhere online and weighing options I am super glad we went with this coop. Plus, I love the wheels...super easy to move around the yard. I recommend it.

There was a lot of holes not pre drilled all the way. Had to drill them. Roosting bar was broken. Roof boards did not line up. Had to modify to get it to seall

I know this is supposed to be for chickens but I raise lots of young birds and this tractor is perfect. It's light enough for me to move around, easy to assemble, very attractive and functional. I was afraid the wire would be too big for some birds but it's nice and very sturdy. I did put a verathane coating on it to preserve the wood but otherwise everthing I needed was included, along with a few extra screws in case one got lost. The directions to assemble had no verbal directions, which was a little hard and I had to undo a few things and put them back together differently. But once i got the hang of the pictures and used some imagination, it really went together nicely. I would recommend it to anyone that wants to raise small birds on fresh grass and have them fertilize it at the same time!

Great little chicken coop

This coop has some great attributes. It has wheels and there are three openings plus an airspace. The thing I don't like is the hen house still gets too hot. It seems to need better ventilation. The other flaw is baby chicks fall into the areas where the Tray slides in and can't get out the first day after the hatch. I wish I had 10 of these, to be honest. They are mobile and look nice. Pretty roomy.

Ok item but could of been labeled better for easier assembly

The problem I have with this product is that none of the parts were labeled other the packages of screws. So we had to go through and try to figure out which panel was which and then it was fine but would of been alot easier if they were labeled. Parts came in two boxes and boxes were light. The two boxes were delivered in the middle of my driveway when I arrived home I had to carry them to my house ??.

Not worth the money

The wheels don't turn and it does not roll around the yard. It leaks when it rains. We have to cover it in complete plastic when rain comes in. There are NOT 2 perching bars as advertised. There's one. Which is huge b/c that means it can only hold half the amount of chickens that it claims to.

Easy set up; highly recommend.

Great little coop! It is easy to set up and light enough to move easily. It fits two chickens and we have been using it as a portable coop to give them some "yard time". :) They love it. Half of it is covered which is a great idea. I would highly recommend this product. :)

Great Coop

Very nice coop. Not difficult to assemble. Labeling the wooden parts with small alphabetical stickers like the different screw packages were would be more helpful to customers and having pre-drilled holes in all the wooden parts would also. I installed a screen bottom to the coop to mitigate predator threat. Still a very nice coop.

Retrofitted to cat house

I bought this knowing it would be converted into an outdoor cat house with some simple modifications. I had an existing cat house already, but multiple cats like to use it at the same time and my original was too small. With cold weather in Ohio quickly approaching, I needed to take some shortcuts in building one from scratch- or ordering a custom one from someone else that would have taken weeks and cost twice as much. All of this was taken into consideration when ordering this chicken coop that was then retrofitted into a cat house- basically a starter kit and timesaver.

Extremely easy to put together

Extremely easy to put together, though it does come fully disassembled. Took me, a single female, about 30 minutes. Great value for the money. Your chickens would have to have an additional run or free range, this is simply an overnight coop to protect them from predators/elements (and nesting boxes for them to lay eggs in during the day). Very easy to clean, though I put a hinge on the roof instead of nailing it down for easy access to clean. Someone was giving me ten chickens so I bought two of these but each night 8-9 chickens sleep in just one. They range in breed (and therefore size) but this coop definitely fits more than what I expected. Great buy! There are nine chickens in the coop in this photo - one in each nesting box and the. Seven in main body of coop.

1 Star

Worst assembly instructions I have ever laid eyes on!! Parts weren't labeled with any ID sticker of any kind just *** images telling you what was what and even that was a task without having to rack your brain and strain your eyes to study the image. The screws were better labeled than the structure pieces!! Made in China....surprise surprise!!! If I could rate this with no stars I would!!!! Sincerely annoyed, disgusted and frustrated!

Worthless for the long run

If you need a coop for a couple of months until a better one can be finished, then this product is worth it. I never write reviews but I went out of my way to find this product and warn other consumers. Anyone that knows anything about chickens would know that this is a horrible product. I don't mean that to be rude... I just want everyone to know what you are getting into. The instructions were confusing. The materials are thin. The staples are extremely short and not weather proof. Mine ended up with a shower curtain roof before I finished building the replacement. (Which is American made and awesome!) The hutch actually fell off and I had to install metal brackets. I could go on about the different features but I won't. Nothing worked. It simply isn't a good product. It sounds good... but some corners can't be cut.

Great and and chicken love it

O.K. First off I live in the Mountains of Northern Georgia where the winters can be a bit cold and damp and the summer humid. The first thing I did once I uncreated the Pen was paint it with a very good waterproofing sealant - this took about 9 days as it had to dry and the paint was oil based so had to wait for the smell to dissipate . It took me two days to put together (I am a 67 year old disabled Female Veteran) doing it by myself. The only reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 was because some hardware was missing and I had to go to Ace Hardware and purchase woodscrews. This pen is well worth the money I paid. I have pictures but have no idea how to post them here. If you go slow and follow the pictorial directions - it is easy to put together. Wish I could have given it 5 stars.

Pawhut 96" Wooden Backyard Hen House Chicken Coop - Chicken Tractor

I like it. My friend came over, saw the boxes and said, "Neat, let's put it together!" Chris had no problems with the instructions. We identified the parts first from the instructions, separated the hardware and screws into bowls, then got to work. I held the pieces together and Chris drove the screws with a little handheld battery operated screw driver. Only too we needed. Only took us about an hour to assemble. We had fun making the chicken tractor.

NICE COOP

WE RECEIVED THIS COOP VERY QUICKLY. ALL PARTS WERE IN THE BOX AND IN GREAT CONDITION. IT WAS FAIRLY SIMPLE TO PUT TOGETHER. IT WAS TRICKY ON SOME PARTS BECAUSE THERE WERE ONLY PICTURES AND NO EXPLANATIONS. BEAUTIFUL COOP, VERY WELL MADE. GREAT COOP FOR THE MONEY. THE ONLY DOWN FALL I NOTICED WAS THE THE ROOST IS ONLY ABOUT 2-3" FROM THE DROPPINGS TRAY - BUT WE INTENT ON MAKING AN ADJUSTED

Good buy for the price

Arrived promptly with all the parts in tack. The only thing I can suggest, is better screws for the locking mechanisms plus the "door" nesting box. The small screws will not hold up over time. If you live where there are several predators of chickens, the locks need to be of better quality and a small stick applied at night to make sure the sliding door can not be opened. For the price and the holding of just 4-6 small chickens - can not beat it.

CHEEP CHEAP CHEEP!

THE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS ARE ALL BUT USELESS. PARTS ARE NOT NUMBERED OR IDENTIFIED. MUST GUESS WHAT IS WHAT. PICTURES ARE POOR AT BEST. HARDWARE IS POOREST QUALITY. I WAS TEMPTEDTO MAKE BOND FIRE BUT RESISTED AND FINALLY GOT IT ASSEMBLED. I THEN WENT TO MOVE IT AND ONE OF THE SCREWS PULLED OUT OF A WALL... AFTER GOING TO THE HARDWARE STORE AND BUYING LONGER SCREWS IT IS TOGETHER. IF IT LASTS A YEAR I'LL BE AMAZED. THE CHICKS SAID IT BEST...CHEEP-CHEAP-CHEEP!
