The plant its self appears to be ok there is a few snapped of pieces. They need to either use a different shipping company or better package the plants perhaps with reinforced sides . Also they should put a handle with care live plant labels on it .

Beautiful, full, green palm

Arrived beautiful full,and green. Wrapped in brown paper….note….nursery wrapped the top and sides, tightly, and gathered some frons in the paper, so I had to cut about 3 inches off as they were in the paper creases and thus ruined. Please be careful when wrapping them to ship off to us! Otherwise, nice, arrived fast, well packaged.
