You get what you pay for

This rug has beautiful colors and the microloop is a great wool choice. However, it is NOT 9x12. It is 8' 8"x12'. 4" can make a huge difference in an area rug. If it was available in a larger size, I absolutely would have returned. That is false advertising from Safavieh (sticker on the back says 9x12). It also has stains on one side that look like drops of mud. It's on the white part, so it is definitely noticeable, but I was able to hide that part under my sofa. I called Lowe's and they gave me a 10% discount. If I chose to return, they would not pick it up. I had to bring it to the store which was a pain for me to do. I wouldn't purchase again.
