Arrived on time; all the parts were there, and labeled well in the instructions. Assembled pretty easily.

The assembly was a nightmare!!!!

These are a nightmare to put together. Did not even complete one chair. Took it apart & am returning to store. I’m quite annoyed with the entire thing.

Don't buy

Chairs come in flat box and need to be assembled.

Absolute nightmare to assemble

Chairs overall look good, but the assembly with the provided tool is a nightmare. I finally broke down and bought a socket hex tool attached it to an extension and wobble to ease assembly.

Need better instructions.

The directions are very limited, only 3 pictures with no written instructions.

Difficult to assemble without an Allen drill bit , directions obviously made in a foreign country and engineered by misfits . Chairs are very sturdy once assembled.

Defect

Unable to assemble. Middle chair piece isn’t wide enough to screw in on both sides. Will have to return.

The color

Beautiful, I just wished they were put together, before arriving. Very comfortable too.

Was a great add on to the patio. Needed new chairs and got this ones.

Unfavorable - DO NOT buy unassembled!

Might have liked them better if it was possible to put them together. Terrible instructions. Screws too soft to enable use of an electric screwdriver. Tension requirements far more than strength of a normal senior.

it didn't come with instructions. I think I'm missing pieces. I don't know it's a mess. I got my package on time it's been 4 days and I still haven't got it figured out. but the picture look cool when I bought it

Quite happy with the purchase

The were easy to assemble and very comfortable and sturdy.

Didn’t know I had to put them together. Could not get them together. Had to send them back. Will never order again.

2 were defective, can't send only 2 back.

Home Sepot wouldn't let me send just 2 back so I'm sending the whole set. Don't waste your money. Supplier warranty .RIGHT they wanted me to watch a video to fix it myself. Even after I exolained I was an 83 yr old woman w.macular degeneration & blind in one eye. I had already paid 35.00 to puy 2 of them together & the other 2 are defective. Fabric installed inside out & nothing fit this way.

Nightmare to assemble.

I spent over an hour trying to assemble the first chair. Everything is under tension so trying to line up four bolts without cross threading is impossible. I’ve seen similar chairs except the bolts enter from the outside while these bolts are underneath and from the inside. I just completed building a deck and assembling a gazebo and those were easier than these chairs. Returned!
