They gave me the wrong size door. I had to buy a whole new unit in order to swap out the door. Due to the heaviness of the glass and the trips up and down the basement steps it was a total nightmare. But after all put together said and done it’s a good quality shower but not sure if it was worth it.

Just what we needed for our small bathroom

Absolutely in love with this shower enclosure. It made the shower tie in to everything else in our master bathroom. Excellent quality with the glass and hardware. Love the seamless look of the brackets and all of the hardware in general. The only issue I had is I had to caulk completely around the brackets on the lower portion of the shower as water was coming out of them when using the shower, but this wasn’t a big deal to me. A little extra caulk made the shower perfect and it didn’t take away from the look at all. Also, the shipping was excellent. It would have taken a lot, A LOT, for something to damage this enclosure during shipping. Packed wonderfully and the service of the carrier was awesome. Would definitely recommend this shower. Also again, thank you to Houzz for contacting the manufacturer and providing the exact dimensions of the glass panels before I purchased, so I knew I was getting exactly what I needed. Thrilled with everything about this purchase.

Gorgeous product...

... but the glass is more on the aqua side than it appears in the images. Also, be aware that if you purchase a shower enclosure online, you'll be finding it difficult to find a local installer. Most will want to sell you their own design, claiming that the installation cost will be minimal relative to the overall cost. I paid $400 for the installation, had to listen to all the disclaimers as to what they won't cover if things aren't going well. At the end of the day, my side panels were installed upside down (as evidenced by the manufacturer's stamp which is face down). The door also slid down about an eighth of an inch over the course of a week, forcing me to raise it on my own.

Nice heavy glass don't leak if walls are plum and level. directions are clear and easy to follow.

Good quality but poor instructions.

The quality of the glass and hardware were excellent but the installation instructions were terrible. The measurements given were incorrect and we had to remove the hardware and drill new holes in our tile to make the shower door align correctly. We tried calling the manufacturer and got voicemail after voicemail and never received a return call to answer our questions. We were able to make the shower work but now have extra holes in our tile because of the poor instructions. Poor customer service and incorrect instructions for installing. I would not recommend this product. I don't think even a professional installer would have been able to install this correctly.
