Shipment arrived intact at Home Depot where I first was able to inspect for damage.I'd advise store delivery over home drop off so that in case of damage there would be no dispute on whose at fault. Home Depot staff assisted me in loading into my hatch back sedan atop a 6 foot long 5/8" plywood sheet placed in my car. Installation was not difficult for me as I have been DIY'er all my life. I would recommend at least 2 persons to do installation because of the weight of the glass and to decrease the risk of breaking the tempered glass. A suggestion to all is to utilize the long card board used for shipping the product as a template in place of then actual glass. I laid the card board on a flat floor, then placed one of the glass side panels atop the card board. Using a sharp new razor, cut cardboard along the edge of the of glass. Now you have a mock up to easily position for alignment and to check your walls for plumb. It's essential that your wall is at right angle to shower base. Quality of product and material is excellent to me. Only negative is the declaring of displayed items in the text of the manual with a number but that number is nonexistent on the image.

No seals for glass that attaches to the walls. Silicone required. Didn't care for that. Do not like shelves aren't optional. The shower does leak from the provided seals. When you open your shower door, your floor will have a flood if you don't wipe it down. Looks 4 stars. Support bar unattractive
