They're a very loose weave, kind of like burlap, and the navy blue is so dark that I'm thinking they sent black instead. The only reason I'm keeping them is I needed the curtains yesterday and had no more time to shop. I've gotten some perfect curtains from Wayfair in the past. These are not in that category.

These have the perfect light and airy look to them. The texture/pattern adds just the right amount of interest without being busy. These curtains would go well with almost any decor, from casual to elegant.
