Immediately leaking

The head is easy to install, however the instructions indicate you need two rubber washers for the attachment between the wall piece and hose. It's probably right, because for some reason mine arrived with only one rubber washer here and while it works fine when the shower is on, it leaks all down my wall as soon as you turn off the water. I plan to try adding a washer and am giving it 3 stars for now bc it's probably (hopefully) fixable, but it's incredibly annoying to have to go to the store to buy a washer for a brand new showerhead that has all the other washers and parts, just not enough of them.

I like the 2.0 gallons per minute showerhead a little better than the 1.75 but they are both excellent and easy to install.

The Niagara Conservation handheld shower works as advertised. It is easy to install and the water pressure is fine. Shipping was delayed slightly but arrived in good condition.

I really like this shower head. I had a double large shower head and it was nice but so big and awkward to use. This one is small but very powerful. It adjusts very easily even with soapy hands.

This is a very nice inexpensive showerhead. It took less then 5 minutes to install and was really easy. It has 3 different spray settings and the water pressure is great. The hose is 72 inches long which is perfect for when I'm washing my hair over the tub or giving my dogs a bath. I am very happy with this showerhead. The chrome finish is really nice also.

Easy to install, easy to use. Has 2 different spray choices. Hose is long and flexible and the holder is made so the handle only goes in one way which makes it easy to store.

The shower is a nice chrome fixture. Easy installation and changing the pressure is super easy. It is in my kids bathroom, so being simple is a positive. Package did arrive in plastic tossed inside of a box, not sure if purchased in the store it would come in box.

I ordered this showerhead ship to store. When picked up the box was crumpled, but the shower head was undamaged. The reason for the low rating, when installed the cradle droops down when the head is inserted. The only thing that saved this purchase, was that I was replacing the same shower head so I was able to swap out the cradle. I really like saving water. Hope this one lasts longer than the last one, the hose at the connection rusted and leaked after 3 years.

This is the 2nd Niagara shower head I have owned. The first one I dropped in the shower and it broke, so I bought another one as soon as I could. I love the design, the adjustable low flow but powerful spray water coverage, and the easy installation. I highly recommend this shower head. I bought two of these, one for me, and another for a friend of mine who shares my opinions and recommendations.
