Best shower head I've ever used. Wow! this one has 7 different water flow choices. That makes all the members of the family able to pick their favorite spray.

Plastic disguised as metal

We are not happy with the quality of this product. Waterpik decorated the hose to make it look like metal and you can't tell until opening the package. Feel and looks cheap.

Old give it 4 stars as it does what it's supposed to do, however as the years go by the quality of name brand fixtures keeps going down. Waterpik and Delta should stay out of the junk fixtures and sell a better quality product at a higher price. Not everyone goes for the lowest price - people will pay more for quality so we don't have to replace junk every 2 years.

I really like the showerhead. It's as good and functional as all Waterpik showerheads are. However, the hose is a cheap rubber with black lines that make it look like a metal hose. I had to buy another hose to make it complete and fit my newly remodeled bathroom.

Okay but not great

I actually have the NSE-753E (1.8 gpm) but didn't see it on the site to be able to write a review about it specifically. (I tried reading a lot of reviews to pick just the right one, but in the end there are so many models out there-- few of them both with as low of a water usage as I need to replace the one that came with my apartment, and also available in-store with no shipping required-- that I finally just went to a store and chose one.) I think this will work okay for me, but it wasn't quite what I hoped. The hose is a bit stiff as I've seen others complain about some models but I think it might straighten out with use, so that's not too much of a worry.

I love the idea of an adjustable height shower head. I'm around 5'2, so my ideal shower height is probably inconvenient for anyone much taller. The handle is light weight compared to other handheld shower heads and all 7 functions (powerspray, full body + massage, powerspray + massage, full body, pulsating massage, soft spray, and water-saving trickle) are controlled by moving the dial at the base of the sprayer head. The spray is powerful and I enjoy the range of settings, especially the water-saving trickle which is a very useful feature for bathing a dog. Not my dog though, the stiff and inflexible 5ft hose makes it impossible to reach my bath hating dog cowering in the corner of the shower. I have a different waterpik that has the most wonderful, flexible hose and I just can't imagine why any manufacturer is still using those other horrible things because no one likes to have everything knocked off their shower caddy by the troublemaking hose, or trying to get clean while fighting a hose whose only wish is to be close to you. I can't truly comment on the height select feature because the stiffness of the hose and the close proximity of the water pipe to my shower wall causes it to swivel out of position. The first thing I intend to do, because I do like the height adjust feature, is to pick up flexible hose to replace the original one. In all, I really do like this shower head but I would like to see them upgrade to the better hoses as a standard.
