Anchors are too big
The anchors and nail combo doesn't work. My drywall has ton of holes now that I will have to fix. Achors are too wide. And big nails go about 3 quarters in and then the anchor an nails start to spin together. Used some old anchor from my garage.

Metal not strong enough
Not strong enough for double curtains unless they are super light. Metal bends where nailed in.

MISSING PARTS AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered this rod but it arrived without the mount needed to hang it on the wall. I reached out to customer service numerous times and only got a response to send a picture. I did that and still have not gotten a response back. There is no one on the customer service line as well (it always goes to voicemail???). I just want to hang up my curtains.
I would definitely encourage my friends to buy.
Looks even better in person. Upgrades my window treatment.
