Had for over two years and we LOVE it!

I have had this tub for about two years - the 71 inch. We splurged and insulated the tub and the water stays warm longer than you can stay in the tub. I am so glad we insulated it. It cleans easily, is very comfortable and I am very tall. My teenage boys love getting in it after a hard day of sports. We put a frame TV on the wall by it and they love soaking and watching Netflix. Honestly, they use it more than I do. It has been a GREAT purchase.

Love this tub! If you're a soaker spend the extra money for the insulation, you won't have to add hot water!

This tub looks so beautiful! I added the optional insulation, and the water was the same temperature at the end of my bath as it was at the beginning!

Shipping Problems

I have bought these tubs before and always came in good. Unfortunately my employee did not fully inspect the tub and when we went to put it in we found that it had been severely broken in transit. I will be getting another but please fully unpack your tub to make certain it is not broken on any sides

Long Wait

We waited awhile for the tub to be delivered due to backorder. When the tub arrived the box was in really bad shape and I thought OMG the tub is damaged,however the tub was protected with bubble wrap and there was no damage. Two days later it was installed by my contractor and looks great. We are very pleased with our choice of the tub and the company we purchased from.

The tub looks just like the picture. It keeps the water hot for at least an hour. Great product! Definitely allow 2 weeks - 1 month for delivery time. Customer service was really nice and helpful!!

Excellent for smaller spaces

Our bathroom is not that big and was surprised how much space and style this tub offered. We have not used it yet but there is plenty of room inside for a good soak. Really happy with it!

Exactly what I was looking for

This is the only place that offered the drain in several different finishes. I was specifically looking for matte black. If the space would have allowed for a longer tub I won't have gone with the bigger option but it's a perfect fit. The shipping company damaged the first tub but filing a clam and having it replaced was easy and timely. Great company to work with.

Show stopper!!!

The tub is so so beautiful and the quality is amazing! A show stopper for sure! My order looks just like the photo shown and a gorgeous tub to soak in.

beautiful tub but too narrow

This is a beautiful tub. After seeing this tub in my space and trying it out, I wish I would have ordered a wider and longer tub. I ordered the 67†length and the bottom portion is simply not long enough to fit comfortably. It is impossible to slide down and lean back on the tub without opening the middle drain. Other similar tubs also come in wider widths which would fit a single person more comfortably than this “single†width.
