Nice aluminum set

I always liked my moms aluminum baking sheets and brownie pans. The aluminum was light weight and easier to handle than glass/ceramic, plus, everything baked evenly every time on the aluminum. I also always found them easier to clean. These are thicker than most aluminum bakeware I've seen and I like that. The only negative aspects about this set are the lid and sharp edges. The lid isn't a snug, airtight fit, so you'll need to use plastic wrap or foil to cover many meals properly anyway, but it is nice to use for toting a cake or cupcakes to a party. Also, edges along the corners of the cookie sheet are pretty sharp - be careful - as this cookie sheet is recommended to be hand washed, I will be extra careful when washing these!!!

I love this set. It fits in my toaster oven with ease.

This 5-Piece baking set from Nordic Ware is ahhhmazing! It is a bit on the pricier side, but I would definitely rather pay more for quality products. It include a cookie sheet, muffin pan, loaf pan, cake pan, and a storage lid when you need to store something in the fridge. You can make brownies, breads, cupcakes, etc. Overall, very high quality and would recommend!

Great Value Baking Set!

Absolutely love this 5-piece baking set by Nordic Ware! For the price point, you are receiving a cookie sheet, loaf pan, muffin pan, cake pan, and storage lid--talk about value! You can really bake for any occasion and a variety of goodies. Cakes, cupcakes, banana bread, cookies--you name it. The pans and sheets are durable and high-quality. Really dig the storage lid, which makes for transporting treats easy and great for refrigerator storage. Highly recommend!

Nordic Ware 5-Piece Baking - Great Quality!

I love the Nordic Ware 5-Piece Baking Set! I just moved into a new apartment and the set allows me to cook and bake so many different types of meals! There are 5 pieces in this set, and I usually use the pieces for cakes, brownies or muffins, but you can also bake casseroles or lasagna! The set comes with a cake pan and storage lid (my personal fave! so easy to store in the fridge if it's not finished immediately), loaf-pan, muffin pan and a cookie sheet. Ordering this set is so much easier than picking out the individual pieces - they're all so great, sturdy and good quality.

Scratch easily

This is a nice set but be careful, they scratch easily and the plastic will easily melt if you leave it somewhere warm and forget.

Disappointed

I was very excited when I received the set but as soon as I washed the items they turned a horrible color. They suddenly look old and tarnished. I've never experienced this before. I have pans that are years old and they look much newer.

Not the best.

We had this on our wedding registry and I love baking so I knew I needed something that would last...well these pans did not live up to the hype. They are so flimsy and I threw the muffin tin the dishwasher once and now it's a completely different color. Also, the loaf pan with the lid doesn't even fit...it just sits on top of the pan and doesn't snap into place so it slides off very easily.

Love NordicWare-same quality today as it was 20+ yearsago

Years ago when starting on my own I purchased a lot of products until I landed on Nordic Ware. It was wonderful then and I still love them. The aluminum has turned darker, and there are knife and stainless steel scratch marks, but they still bake great. Now when my kids start out I get them each sets. The quality is still there. Please note this is the small cookie sheet included with this pack.

Disappointed with softness, but still great pans

We received these off the registry, and I was SO excited about them about researching the best bakeware. However, I just made my first batch of brownies with the cake pan - the brownies cooked PERFECTLY, but the butter knife we used to cute them scratched the pan! We now have perfect square marks where each brownie was cut. I'll probably end up buyig a new cake pan since I'm sure the scratches will affect future cooking, and now I know now to use ANY metal on these :-/ Very disappointed with the durability, but otherwise these are so far living up to their reputation.
