Cake pan with lid

I love it. Just used it today to make a zucchini cake for a luncheon. Comes out of the pan easily.

Protect the bakes!

I purchased this to take goodies to work with me. While most days, the goodies are gone by the end of the day, there are times when someone asks me to save the remainder for a partner who will be in tomorrow. Given we have a neighboring business with a critter problem, this metal baking dish with lid came to the rescue. Lightweight and reasonably sturdy, I appreciate that it is also a clean, attractive presentation for my treats.

Cake pan w/embossed lid

I LOVE this pan. I can’t wait to make pineapple upside down cake in it. The pan cooks and cleans up so very well!!

Love the pan and cover. It replaced one that I had had for over 40 years and the lid on that wouldn't seal . The cover on this pan is tight so everything stays fresh.

Less than I expected

I've loved all my King Arthur things, but this pan is much lighter weight than I expected. I also expected a slide-on lid rather than a pop-on.

Perfect for storing and transporting a sheet cake. Sturdy construction and bakes beautifully.

Versatile nice pan

This cake pan and lid combo reminds me of the one my mom had growing up i could not get it open. It is child proof yall! Not hard to open as an adult. Baked a delicious strawberry cake in this and it turned out lovely. I enjoy the convenience of having the matching lid. There are so many reasons why it is useful to have. The only reason i didnt give it 5 stars is because it is made of 100% aluminum which is not bad at all. It is lighter than the King Arthur brand because those pans are made with steel and aluminum. The lighter quality is better for transport like taking to a potlock. It is still 100% USA made

Cake pan with metal cover

I was never able to remove the lid from the pan. The edges of the cover were sharp. I donated the pan and bought one with a plastic cover.

Not up to King Arthur standards

I was excited to get this pan and when I took it out of the box I was so disappointed. Thin and cheap. Not what I expect from King Arthur. I am going to return it

I was excited to order this pan, but I am returning it. It is very thin, and the lid fits terribly. I hope they replace this with a better model.

Nice!

This is an interesting update on a vintage cake pan I have from the early 1960s. It is so handy to have a pan with a secure lid both for transporting food and for storing at home. Easy to use, easy to clean.

Christmas gift

Xmas request by my dil for 3 yrs in a row. Finally, this was the year i bought it for her. Very nice. Not perfect rating as the lid is very tight and hard to remove. Hope it loosens up with use

Will last a lifetime

I wanted a pan like my grandmother. This is built just the same as hers that is at least 40 years old.

Disappointing!

Bought this as a gift for my daughter. She couldn't get the lid off. Her husband had a rough time removing it as well. Disappointing!
