NAH! Not for smoooth surface cooktop…and DOES contain harmful chemicals (PFOAS). I sent it back after reading about the chemicals (formaldehyde etc). Not a good mix with something you cook in!

Second year using this pan

My family gets so excited when I break out this pan on special occasions. I use the stonewall pancake mix with it! Danish pancakes are super easy to make using this pan!

Works beautifully

I was expecting this to be heavier, so at first it feels a little cheap. But it does the job well and is fairly non-stick. We are new to the world of Aebelskivers and this is a good way to start.

I wanted a new Nordicware ebelskiver pan and I’ve purchased this brand before. It is a solid, well made nonstick pan with a black plastic handle. My old one has a metal handle that did get hot toward the end of cooking. The plastic handle did not get hot and the pan performed very well. I’m pleased with my purchase.

A pochi giorni dall'arrivo, l'ho già provata! La marca Nordic Ware non si smentisce mai. Pensavo fosse pesante invece è molto leggera. I pancake danesi vengono benissimo, bisogna solo prendere un po' di domestichezza per girarli, ma niente di così complicato.

Great Pan

First time use is a learning experience. The aluminum construction heats up really fast. Needed to start with a lower temp to prevent burning, but the round filled pancake balls were a success. The non-stick pan is great.
