Not at all what I expected

Totally different from advertised. This pan is so flimsy I can easily fold it in 2. It looks more like a disposable item. Definitely not worth $12 . I could have gotten something more durable for <$6

Making homemade pizzas for Friday family night and this product met our expectations and crisped up the pizza. Have been very pleased with Nordic Ware products as this is our third item.

Good value

Good value for the price. It does what it is supposed to do. It probably won’t last as long as others and if we made frozen pizzas or homemade pizzas all the time I probably would have gone with a different one, but for my families occasional use, this will be perfect. Pleased with my purchase.

Large pizza pan with holes.

The holes allow the bottom of the crust to cook as though it were sitting right on the rack, as recommended by many bake-at-home pizzas, while preventing cheese or other toppings from falling off, and burning on the bottom of the oven. Works well.

Says natural non stick 🤣

Pizza stuck first time. Messed up the whole evening dinner. Even coated it with olive oil.

Great for cooking frozen pizza in oven. Small holes for even cooking is the key. Standard 12” pizzas align with holes. Not coated with non-stick, so TFAL w/holes pricier option might be better for some who prefer a non-stick coating.

Bad pan for pizza

We use fresh dough when we make pizza. the crust blocked the holes in the pan and basically caused a mess. Now I know what pan not to buy!

This pizza pan is for thin crust lovers out there! It does a good job of cooking the dough evenly so there’s no burnt crust. However, keep an eye on the pizza because this pan cooks it fast!

For fast and fun pizzas

This pizza pan has plenty of small holes that insure your crust will be crispy. What can you do with a pizza pan like this? Certainly more than heating a frozen pizza! You can make your own the fast way, for instance, using pizza dough or "pizza crust", tomato sauce or the "great value tomato basil sauce" and any cheese or leftover meat like chicken bits. You may also try the lazy way: use Naam bread or pita bread and your choice of fresh or canned diced tomatoes, frozen or fresh spinach, bell peppers, sausage, or leftovers or fish. Top with your favorite tomato sauce, parmesan or mozzarella. Ideal when you have unexpected guests.

Nobody should be using this pan

This pan scraped aluminum flakes off so easily. Nobody should be using it, I found aluminum in the (partly soggy) crust on my pizza. Go with a wooden one instead, and stay away from this poor excuse for a pizza pan.

Would buy again.

Love the way the crust bakes with this pan. Pan does discolor in dishwasher but label clearly warns you about that beforehand. Discoloring does not change baking performance so I am happy!

[Rewarded Review] Perfect Crispy Crust

My old pizza pan had to go, I was ready for a new one. This is slightly different than my last one, and I like it much better actually. My crust became out so crisp and baked so even on the bottom. Usually my crust is a tad soft towards the middle of the pizza. This pan helps it to bake evenly and it has come out perfect every time I use it. Great

I have tried many different pizza pans and this pizza pan by far is the best one. First the size is great for frozen pizzas or freshly made pizzas. The pan is sturdy and not so heavy you can't lift it with a pizza on it. It made the crust on my frozen pizza crisp without over browning it which seems to be the hardest thing to achieve. I did use aluminum foil underneath the pizza to protect the pan and still achieved a great crispness and golden brown crust. The pan is easy to clean and overall I would definitely recommend this pan if you love a crispy crust!

The Nordic Ware Natural Aluminum Air Crisp pizza pan cooked our pizza great! It's a 16" pan, so it fits a normal sized pizza. When it was done cooking the pizza it had a nice crisp edge all around the pizza. The pan actually is very lightweight, not like some of the other pizza pans I have owned. The natural aluminum is great for evenly cooking and great browning results. When I cleaned this I used a non scratch pad, it seemed like a hard pad might scratch it. Soap and water worked great on this pan. I do like that there is a lifetime warranty for the pizza pan. The bottom of the pan is perforated so that helps a lot with keeping the pizza nice and crisp. This pizza pan will definitely be one of our go to pans to pizza. My husband really likes thin crisp pizza, I like the thicker pizza but this really does make the pizza taste really good. It also seems like the edges for this pan are angled more than my other one. I'm assuming it's to help keep the pizza more in place. I recieved this pizza pan in exchange for my honest review and we absolutely love it and will be using it a lot.

I have the Air Crisp Pizza Pan made by Nordic Ware. The pan I have is a sixteen inch pan and this is a great size to feed four people comfortably. This is a very nice aluminum pizza pan that has small holes in the bottom. The aluminum is said to be very nice for heat conductivity and aluminum is what is used by many professional bakers and cooks. Another huge plus is that aluminum will never rust like so many cheap pans we tend to buy. The small holes on the bottom of the pan are referred to as a perforated bottom and this perforation aides in creating a crisp crust every single time! It must help with the evenness in cooking as well because the crust perfectly browns with no burning. This company manufactures in America and is a family owned business. We cook lots of homemade pizza in this house and this pan has been a wonderful addition to our supplies. It is a nice weight and is easy to clean in spite of the holes, or perforation, as some might say. If your crew enjoys pizza as much as mine then I recommend you give this one a try!

This 16 inch Nordic Ware Natural Aluminum Air Crisp Pizza Pan is light weight, but not flimsy. The good thing is the pan did not buckle in the oven when I made my pizza. So my son will be thirteen in June and he requested a cake that looks like a large pepperoni pizza pie. I lightly buttered the pizza pan then layed a cut piece of parchment over the holes. Then I lightly floured the pan poured my cake batter in the pizza pan and it worked. No leaks at all. The middle puffed up which is fine because the middle will be slightly cut out. I like this pan for pizza and cakes. The cake I baked in the 16 inch Nordic Ware Natural Aluminum Air Crisp Pizza Pan came out perfect. The "pizza" cake measures 15 inches which is perfect. Can't wait to make this cake look like a pepperoni pizza pie.

Beautiful pan and arrived well packaged. I used it this past weekend and the pizza was great. My kids liked it, but forgot to leave the pizza in long enough and wasn't crispy enough for them. They realized right away, to leave it in for time given on box. lol

This pizza pan works great! It does a much better job crisping the crust than the stone that we have. It is a good size, and it is very easy to clean. The pizza cooked in less time with this pan than it does when we use our stone. We will definitely be using this pan to cook our pizzas from now on.

I like to get frozen pizzas for an easy & fast meal when I don't feel like cooking, and usually I place the pizza directly on the rack to get a nice crispy crust. Unfortunately, that sometimes means hot cheese or toppings spilling over and ending at the bottom of the over making a huge mess. this pan is a great alternative, pizza and other dishes come out great!
