I've only used it once. I cooked a whole package of bacon at one time. It cooked evenly and was perfect. I have a glass top stove with three connected heating areas on the left side, this pan fits over them exactly. It's super easy to clean. I do wish the handles were a bit more substantial, it's difficult to pick up from a still warm stovetop. But I would buy it again.

Nordic Ware Two Burner Griddle Works Great!

This Nordic Ware Two Burner Griddle works great. Very pleased with it, and it's perfect for our two burner gas stove. Very well made and finished out of aluminum with a Teflon coating. Makes cooking easy and clean-up even easier. Pancakes, bacon, sausage, grilled cheese, whatever cook perfectly. A few nice features are one can make plenty of pancakes or whatever with the large space, or make pancakes on the front burner and keep the cooked ones warm over the back burner; plus the pan handles are not so high that it is a pain to store. Even has a hole in one handle so it could hang. Not dishwasher safe but as mentioned, very easy clean-up. Overall, very happy with it.

Well made griddle plate!

Love this plate- was given on about 10 years ago for gift and finally it wore out. This was exactly what I was looking for. Fits perfectly on stove or grill. Hopefully lasts years- seems well made like old one.

Used for 2 full years

I bought this in December of 2021 for my husband for Christmas. He has used it regularly for burgers, bacon, sandwiches, fajitas, and more! In the (almost) two years we had this, we would also put the grease in a container, wipe any excess grease or oil off, and toss it into the dishwasher. So it's had it's fair share of use and washes. We are just now seeing some warping in the griddle and some scratches in the paint. For $20 (when we purchased) it has gotten its use and been great for the cost! I am now repurchasing so we can have another $30 pan last us another 2 years without having to be too careful about heat or putting it in the dishwasher.

Great option to use with stovetop burners. It's very compact and can fit in with my pans and cutting boards but it has a large surface area. Perfect for a breakfast spread!

Lightweight and easy to clean

Light and easy to handle. Extremely simple to clean, everything just wipes off.

Griddle looks like it would work, if not damaged.

I tried to contact the seller but an error message popped up when trying to send info. They should be made aware that the packaging they sent this in (padded envelope) is not adequate to protect it. The griddle arrived dented on the side and warped so that it will not sit flat on the stove top. The postal service is apparently rough with the packages.

Bought this to replace a griddle I had. This one is a lot smaller. It just barely covers two gas burners. Can only make 4 slices of French toast at a time. Old one made 6 easily. And the metal is a lot thinner, I hope it won’t twist. For the price, I was expecting better.

I really like this griddle. It’s lighter weight than my old griddle, so I find it easier to use and clean. I’m very pleased.

PERFECT for using on our outdoor grill. Solid so food doesn't fall threw holes. Easy clean up/soap & water. Very happy
