The first one leaked out the bottom, tech support is responsive but unhelpful. The replacement has a hole in the pipe, great qc!

Great look poor product

The faucet is beautiful looking until you look close. The mechanics work well and the flow is great.

Great purchase! Got this item on sale for a great price compared to other similar vessel sink faucets and am very pleased so far. I have had experience with past black faucets where the finish peels off so wanted to be sure to get a higher-quality brand and got this one based on a number of other high ratings. Hoping it holds up! Feels like a quality item. Does not come with a drain piece but I did not need one for my application. Everything else needed for easy installation was included. Well packed item as well, everything was securely in place.

First one arrived damaged. A replacement was sent and it too arrived damaged. Not sure where the quality control is here. Disappointed as it a nice faucet. Now, if I could only get my refund.

Better looking than in the picture! Heavy and appears to be of high quality. Can't wait for it to be installed!

Matte Black Finish Flawed

We have ordered a total of 6 of these faucets in matte black trying to get 3 that don't have anything wrong with the finish. We have found one so far that is perfect, and one that is acceptable. We will now need to return all of them and start over with a different brand since we can't find 3 that don't have problems with the finish. Fix the issue Vigo! The problem with the finish is tiny dots and lines that are not the same color as the matte black.

Love it!!!! Awesome quality!!! So happy with the purchase and the price is better than in any other places!So, i am back for a second review. It has been less than 1year that I have installed them, and the bathroom is not a super busy one. Used mainly at night. The matt will change and will start showing water stains. Overall still ok, but they loose the glam quick

Nice looking, easy to install, great aerator - no splashing. It loses a star on the finish. It waterspots easily and can get a dull appearance. Keep it wiped down.

Another Great Faucet

What a beautiful faucet! We love the sleek design of it. Vigo products are great quality and feel confident we will continue to buy them again.

Update- Have it installed. Still beautiful, but does stick out far into the sink area. Faucet is beautiful. We don't have it installed yet so hopefully it works as well as it looks.
