I would not recommend this product
Assembly went well and itially I was pleased, however the first time we tried to set it up, no one even laid on it, the center cross member split on both sides of the bed. We had to create a support and leg system
Holes drilled wrong by the factory
I love the quality of the wood; all parts arrived in good condition. The instructions ignore the dowels. The holes were drilled in the wrong place on main support board where the hinges for the bed frame are mounted. The latch on the sides of the bed are 1/4 inch too low; bottom drawer has to be forced in place because everything is 1/4 inch too low. Customer service told me to drill new holes for the latch so it lines up. What about the bottom drawer? Too pricey for defective manufacturing.
