Fantastic but not reviewing the touchless feature

This faucet replaces a >$400 faucet. The flow is fantastic and installation was a breeze. I did not want to use the touchless feature so I followed the instructions to disable it. The faucet works normally using the handle. For the price, I could not be more satisfied.

I really am glad I did my due diligence to source a touch free faucet. Not only is this a great look in terms of my existing decor but the sensor is fantastic. I cook alot so to be able to busy myself without having to constantly wash my hands to turn the faucet off and on, is amazing. I will never go back to a regular faucet. Additionally the sprayer is fab. My previous faucet had a sprayer however droplets of water would be everywhere so often required more cleanup but the sprayer on this is a cone and is contained. Pressure is great. I saw reviews re: the install, my plumber had no issue installing and no issues at all. Highly recommend. Only thing that could be better is if I could control the temp hands free but not a deal breaker.

Brand new out of the box and the nozzle doesn't stay all the way up. I have adjusted the weight and tried numerous different things. What a waste of time and money. It needs a MAGNET!

Easy assembly. I only wish the pressure was a bit stronger. Amazing product for the price!

So far so good. I’ve only had this faucet a month. It was easy to install and looks nice but the true test is how it holds up. I had another glacier bay faucet that was leaking like a water fall after some time but the customer service was so impeccable I decided to go back with the company for my replacement.

Installation was quick and easy. Its very attractive and the sensor works great, saving me money by not running the water constantly and its very helpful when I'm cooking so I don't have to touch the faucet handle with food on my hands. The sprayer is very powerful and easy to use. And I like that it points straight down so I'm not splashed while doing dishes like my old one used to. The only problem is the hose attached to the pull down sprayer, it keeps getting hung up on the other connections for the faucet and the sensor box. Might just be the way under our sink is designed tho...we're still trying to solve the problem.

Sensor isn’t quality

Worked perfectly for a few months and then started working more and more erratically- now the sensor only works about half the time, even with all brand new batteries.

As usual online delivery to store was delayed a week. Nice Faucet. Slight design flaw having the electronic eye facing forward has a tendency to turn itself off while washing pans. Easily fixed by putting it in manual mode. Great product and very happy with the product.

Stopped working after a year

Purchased in October 2021 - for a few months now I've been dealing with a failed sensor. Water will turn on but doesn't turn off. I have to manually shut it.

Senor SUCKED

The senor goes off midwash, overly sensitive, would turn off even if I didn't motion the senor. moved facet so senor was on the side and it would still just randomly turn off. I wouldn't buy this product afain

Beautiful Hands free, and hidden spring/cord. Easy to install for DIY peeps

Elegant stainless look. I like the cord/spring hidden, that's why I chose this particular faucet. I connected the touchless feature, works like a charm. It runs on 4 Double AA battery, for your info. It's been1 month and the battery is still good. I wish there was a plug in option since my garbage disposal is already using an outlet. I also prefer having a base plate on the sink for the look, so this was perfect. No complaints
