Installed 2 days ago. Looks nice and is exactly what I was looking for in a faucet.

Faucets features perform well spray/cascade/pause

It’s a flimsy product, I would not recommend this Moen faucet. I chose to have it shipped to my home. I waited almost 2 weeks, that’s ridiculous by today’s online shopping standards.

Just installed so cannot comment on longevity, but looks solidly built and fit the sink perfectly. It was installed by a plumber so cannot comment on ease of installation.

mold growing on the spray head

the spray head retains water, and grows mold, and doesn't get noticed until a lot later, when you fill a pot and black gunk is in the pot! this is un acceptable . there is no excuse for this. i have had a lot of pull down faucets, and NONE have ever done this before . i can't add images, because the review disappears.

My husband installed this in our lake home when our sprayer sprung a leak. I like Moen products because they have a great warranty. This looks great in our kitchen and works fine. Love the ease of using the sprayer. Recent purchase.

Nice appearance, seems high quality, works smoothly, easy to install with a minimum of tools (actually, the hard part is removing the old faucet).

This faucet was bought to replace the previous owner’s no-name knockoff faucet that broke immediately after we moved in. Our Moen is incredible- works smoothly, looks great, and does not disappoint.

The product operates as intended and it is very easy to use.

Clean lines, modern, elegant. Buy it for looks, buy it for life??

The hose leaked at the nozzle end when the plumber installed the unit !! Was totally dissatisfied with this product and quality

Will always choose MOEN. Flawless operation. Hose retracts very easily. Pressure is low so it doesn’t splash. Spray function is unmatchable. Installed one month ago.

Still the same pull down feature as our previous one, but disappointed they shortened the length of hose which now does not extend beyond the lip of sink to fill coffee maker or wash bucket. Also less flow, but more pressure. If one has low pressure, then a good choice.I preferred the flow. Like the updated style.

The sprayer end was spraying out the side of the nozzle. I got a replacement free of charge from Moen with no hassle at all. It is a great fawcet.

We like the faucet the only problem is with Moen, the handle was put on 45 degrees out of location...(hot is straight up and cold is almost to the countertop). We didn't notice this until after paying a plumber to install it.
