Great sensor operated faucet.

We love the sensor feature for which we were shopping. It was easy to install and use. The temperamental sensor adjustment screw is the reason for less than "5 stars".

Terrible availability

Not worth the wait. Kohler can't keep their products in decent production and availability. Nor can they provide accurate shipping dates. Other reputable brands with touch technology are more available like Moen and Delta with similar styling

Delivery information from Wayfair was incorrect. Power source on a touchless faucet was not included-woof. Tried to install with manual override and the selinoid was defective. Item will be going back!

It is beautiful but the wave technology is not working. Wayfair requires that I work with Kohler and Kohler is sending parts. So I will have an extra plumbing bill for installation and no credit to cover it has yet been offered by Kohler. Wayfair is asking them to step up. Kohler is asking me to change out the parts myself. I love Kohler products but this one is not great, nor is the resolution. Waiting for the parts more than a week later. They are supposed to arrive tomorrow.

Almost super

It looks great (handle is small), spray options are good, touchless function works great... but the sprayer hose doesn't retract after you pull it out, have to fight with it to get it back up into the faucet. Annoying glitch to otherwise solid product.

Love the new Kohler touch less faucet. Works perfectly and easy to install. Finish is as expected, overall very happy

Decent Faucet

I was given this faucet as a replacement for one the became serviceable that I purchased from Costco. It was easy to install and the electronics are first rate. My only complaint is the finish. It water spots terribly compared to the Costco version and it feels cheaper, the casting is not nearly as heavy duty. I really love the response for the no-touch system so I hope it lasts a very long time. Not worth the $500+ retail price. Look for it on sale...

Finish does not resist fingerprints or water marks well at all.

I have had this faucet for less than a week. Water and fingerprints leave marks that don’t remove easily after wiping down with a microfiber cloth. I chatted with Kohler and they recommended a 1:1 vinegar/water mixture on a microfiber cloth. This worked pretty good, but not perfectly. It is supposed to have a spot resistant finish. Also it is difficult to get the pullout faucet head to retract back into its normal position after use. I would give the touchless option five stars. It really works great. The style is also beautiful. I don’t think I would recommend this to a friend due to it’s expense and the issues mentioned above

Easy install - modern sleek look!

Pretty nice faucet.

Fairly easy installation. Had to reset it a couple of times to get it to stop automatically turning on and off on it's own. But once it was reset has been working perfectly ever since. Only complaint would be that the hose is a little stiff compared to other retractables we've had. Doesn't pull out or retract smoothly.

The hose is leaking water everywhere just 5 months after install

So pretty! Ordered the polished nickel and the polished chrome and kept the nickel as it adds a touch of warmth that the chrome doesn’t.

Kitchen faucet

Faucet works great. The handle is very small. Not sure why rated as ADA. should be bigger. Love the automatic touchless operation. Has a light that stays on to let you know the touchless feature is activated. Nozzle retracts and returns easily.

Good product

The faucet works fine with me and I enjoy using it now everyday. The touches sensor works great. It takes quiet effort to install the faucet. Initially, right after installation. There is no water when I turn it on, even the LED is off but the power is connected. I finally find out that the tightness of the two screws which is used to hold the faucet to the countertop can make the faucet not working. After adjust the tightness of them the faucet is working perfectly now. Not sure why?
