The rug itself is beautiful and very good quality. Customer service was a nightmare since the rug came dirty and needed to be returned. They tried to charge me to replace it. Hesitant to purchase again.

This is a gorgeous rug! I purchased for my bathroom to give a relaxed vibe. Love it!

The perfect size for that small room, the touch is soft and the design is very pretty. The best of all is that I can wash it in the washing machine and dry it at low temperature in the dryer and it looks like new.

This rug came packaged securely, and efficiently. It is heavyweight, but not so much that I have trouble moving it around on my own. It's much more plush and thick than my current rugs so I haven't purchased a rug pad for it yet. It does shed a little bit, but my black cat also has done a fair bit of shedding onto it, so no worries! I am considering buying the 8x10 next!

It is very comfortable to walk or lay on. I was a little worried about the light color and how it would clean up when I vacuumed it but so far it still looks new after vacuuming numerous times. I definitely recommend it.

This rug is the perfect size, it lights up a room and is very pretty. I feel it’s perfect for an office or room with less foot traffic as it is very light and spills, shoe marks and dog fur etc will show up easily. I have mine in an extra guest room at the end of the bed. Durable and detailed. I’d love it in other colors too like navy blue or black but this color pops! Great quality

Obsessed is an understatement. I love this rug so much. It's super cute and chic. The color is an off white ish color which looks so modern and simple but elegant. I like that the geometric isn't crazy but just has a nice expensive feel to it.
