The light itself works and looks good. The non-fluted glass dome is visually appealing and the quality of the overall build is good. However, and this may be an isolated case, the item was missing two screws needed for installation, and one of the bolt holes in the junction box bracket was not threaded, forcing me to spend about four dollars on a new one. I will also note that lights such as this are very difficult to install. Trying to thread the anchoring bolts through the think insulation is extremely difficult.

This light fixture looks great in our kitchen, and one of the biggest reasons I purchased it was because it had two light fixtures in it. My only knock on it is that they're 60w max, which seems to be the norm these days. If they were 75w sockets, this would be an easy 5 star product.

Got this to replace a light in my bathroom. That took a fluorescent 8" bulb. Got tired of the cost to replace those bulbs. Bought this and threw 3 LED bulbs in it. Works good and the quality is goo. The thick fiberglass is a plus that this comes with!

we purchased 4 of these fixtures to switch out the brass ones in our house. These fixtures were perfect! The size was just right for a hallway and the frosted glass gives the fixture a nice touch. We were also impressed with how bright the light is as well. Lastly, the cost per fixture was reasonable. Oh, and my husband was able to install them without too much trouble.

Beware. After I got this thing mounted and wired, I found that the stem was too short to mount the glass cover. I had to unmount it, remove the fiberglass insulation, loosen the stem with vise grips and a rachet wrench to install a spacer on the stem. I did this while the fixture was hanging by the wires. Also, I stripped off more wire insulation than the manufacturer provided and soldered the wires together. This makes it easier and better to splice to the solid copper conductor from the cieling.

This fixture takes three conventional bulbs or CF bulbs. I used 3 60-Watt equivalent LED bulbs in it and it shines. It's very well put together and looks great. The installation was simple and straight forward with all hardware included. I especially appreciate the extra-thick fiberglass insulation that comes with the unit and the nice looking thick alabaster glass globe. The price for the quality is worth it.
