This light fixture looks great in our kitchen! Easy to install and the satin silver finish blends with nearly any decor. An excellent value, too. The frosted glass looks clean and polished. Highly recommend this product.

Don't believe the 'easy access' part

It takes 2 people to remove the shade - one to hold the base and the other to twist the shade - and even then it's painfully difficult to remove. I frequently get bugs falling into the fixture from the ceiling and rarely can I remove the shade, so I have to watch the bugs wasting away in there, with little bits of insect feces filling my fixture. With the fibreglass insulation, it's also painfully difficult and awkward to mount them, so if you accidentally twist off the whole fixture while struggling to remove the shade, good luck getting the thing back on the pegs. I have two of these in my kitchen and after putting up with them for years, will replace them.

Amazing light fixture! We purchased two. Both were delivered quickly and were easy to install. We went with another Home Depot carried LED fixture (cheaper) first and by far was glad to return them and purchase these online. The HD online store has much more of a variety and quality over what is offered in the store. Be careful as mentioned with the glass globe, fragile!

Good fixture, though installation could have been made a little smoother

Overall a good fixture with good quality build and nice looks. However, I felt that the installation could have been made a little smoother. Getting the last two mounting studs to align with the ceiling pan was difficult and required some hit and trial to get it right.

Very nice fixture!!

The only issue with installation with one of the lights purchased was that the holes for the mounting screws did not line up with the boxes used in my home. This could very easily been an issue used by the contractor who installed the original boxes in the ceiling.

Nice Ceiling Fixture

We bought this light for our remodeled bathroom. It provides a good amount of light and looks great for the price.

Looks great, easy to install

I replaced a basic globe fixture and this looks much better. Not as bright as I had hoped, but that may be the bulbs I'm using. I'm going to try some LED's to sees if that helps with that issue. Otherwise very satisfied with the fixture.

This light looks great!

Light was a bit tricky to install, but it looks great.

Purchased (2) alabaster glass lights, they are larger than I hoped.

I installed one light in a small bathroom located in the basement. The light is larger than I expected, but once it was installed it looks fine. Installation was very easy, and the appearance of the light along with other up grades made to the bathroom works.

Installation nirvana

The installation of this fixture was problematic for me. I needed to get special fasteners to complete the install process successfully. The factory testing of the installation instructions for this fixture must have been conducted in an ideal laboratory situation, which may not work as advertised in the real world.

Great contemporary design and functionality!

We like this fixture so much we ordered 2 more to replace old ceiling fans in our bedrooms. I was unsure of only having two 60 watt bulbs but the amount of light produced is perfect for us!
