Great set!

Seriously, this set is amazing! We are a family with young adult children is the home and we love the bowls/plates with the set. They go in the microwave and dishwasher. Best set ever! I bought 2 sets so we had enough for 8. I'll be buying more. So nice, heavy duty and great design.

This replaced all the dinnerware in my house. I bought 3 sets because I wanted to have 12 of each piece. I LOVE the pasta bowls and use those the most. These are very heavy and I use them both for everyday use and special occasions!

Best decision

After researching the best dishware available, I decided to order a set for 8 from Lauren Stoneware from Stone-Lain. Best decision I've made in a very long time. Produce quality was way better than I expect. Look forward to do more business with Stone-Lain in the very near future. Joe

Beautiful Stoneware

Beautiful stoneware that I am sure will still look as good in ten years as today. They came promptly and look wonderful set on my table. I highly recommend them!

Love this set!!! The small bowls are great for soup and cereal. The larger bowls work well for entree salads, spaghetti, serving bowls, and for "bowl" meals. This set has no mugs, which is great - we already have too many!

good dishes

Was looking for new dishes and these were the ones I chose because of the plate size - fits great in my dishwasher. I bought two sets and may be a third in a different color for some variety.

Great set

Beautiful and sturdy plates. Time will tell how they hold up but I really like the design. I also liked I didn’t have to get coffee cups with this set because I have enough already.

Scratches easily

I loved how beautiful this set is; however, I was so disappointed that I had to return it. The bottom of the plates were all scratched after lightly using a fork and knife on them. I couldn't believe that it could be scratched with normal use! I think because they have a matte finish and not glazed that they cannot withstand silverware. Would not recommend! Thankfully Target took them back for a full refund without a problem.

Not fully finished

The edges on the dishes are unglazed giving a very rough and unpleasant feel. Be wary of charges to return items you do not like.

Beautiful but there is an issue with the finish

The dishes I purchased are lovely. The texture and the color and style was just what I was looking for and after receiving them I knew I was not going to look any farther. After we used them I noticed small etched marks from forks and the other silverware. I contacted the company right away and asked what to do. I was told these dishes are not scratch proof just scratch resistant due to the matte finish. What? I have never heard of such a thing with dishes you use everyday. I was told to use baking soda or Bar Keepers Friend on them to remove the scratches. These are lovely dishes but I have no idea what they will look like in a couple months.

Quality Stoneware Dinnerware

Quality stoneware plates and bowls. Simple yet elegant shape and design. Good weight so it does not feel flimsy. I appreciate that they give you an extra type of bowl instead of a mug as I rarely need them and a bowl is much more useful.
