Great buy, REDUCES FLOOR CREAKS!

There’s a reason why this rug has so many great reviews. Quality is great for the great price. The reason why I bought the rug is to reduce the noise my hard wood floors make, and this rug definitely does that! It’s also so soft and plush without leaving rug residue everywhere like my wool rugs do. Great buy , highly recommend!!!

Packaging horrible

The rug itself is a nice rug, however the way rugs usa packaged it was sooooo poorly done. Normally when you get a rug it is rolled, rugs USA folded this rug into a square which is making it IMPOSSIBLE to flatten. Hopefully over time it flattens but I would expect better from a rug vendor.

Ehh.. it's okay.

The “offwhite” is much darker than I expected, it almost reads dirty coffee filter- almost dingy looking and the fibers in the rug feel sparse. The shag itself is soft but it’s not thick enough. The braided tassels are a few shades lighter than the rug and it makes them look a little awkward.

A great deal

I got this rug for about 50% off and I’m very pleased with it! I got the 7x10 and it fits great in my living room. It doesn’t shed and so far is holding up pretty well.

Strong chemical smell

This rug was great at first but it had such a strong chemical smell that just would not go away. I couldn’t stand it any longer so we had to take it out of our house. Very disappointing

Cozy and easy to clean and looked great

Great runner! But not color accurate.

This is a great runner! I picked this one because it matches the area rug we have in our living room and I love the tassel accents. The pile height is perfect, it was delivered way earlier than quoted, and it flattened very easily after going over with a steamer. My only complaint is the color is not as pictured. It's way more beige than "off white" but I'm still happy with it overall. I would suggest updating the product images on the site to be more color accurate.

Wanted to love, but not great quality

We wanted to love this rug but were disappointed by the quality. It is defintely not as "full" as the pictures look. The rug strands are a lot farther apart than it seems, you could even see the rug backing in spots. It's also not as dark of a charol color as it appears. We thought it leaned more toward black but it is defintiely a mid-gray.

Wonderful!

Love it! The dark gray is more like a charcoal/black mix. It's beautiful and plush. We hope it holds up well to our high traffic area plus dogs. Great price too!!

Nice Rug

Excellent quality tassels were nicely braided, no plastic or odd smell. It came folded which means the corners never curled up like some other carpets. Design is stellar, looks great in my living room!

I was looking to replace a 4/6 ft. rug for one my guest bathrooms so I started shopping. Went to BB&B first (of course) and found exactly what I was looking for right away. Look no further... the rug arrived quickly, packed perfectly and once installed I was extremely happy because the rug is very plush, extremely soft and durability made. Really brightened up the room and added some warmth with character.

Great rug for the price. The tassels make it look more expensive. Looks just like the pic and arrived on time. I’ve had the rug only a month and it’s in a limited use area, but I think it will hold up ok. No complaints!

smells like chemicals

Love the look of the carpet. Hate the smell. I live in a 860 sq ft apartment, and everytime i walk in the door i get WHACKED in the face with plastic chemical smells. I’ve tried airing it out, using baking soda, white vinegar, using a carpet cleaner, EVERYTHING and it smells just as bad from when I first opened it. I complained to customer service, they sent me a new one, and STILL even that one smells almost worst than the first one. It’s unbareable. If you can handle chemical smells go for it, but i advise you to stay away from this one
