This is a very nice, attractive, bright fixture. I wanted a 3-light fixture for our kitchen, and this one is perfect. I would certainly not hesitate to buy another one.

Insulation overload!

Overall good product- Farr too much fiberglass insulation, easily displaces and somewhat difficult to align mounting screws thru the thick insulation

Great modern design

I needed to upgrade the lighting in my son's room. The home was built in the 1940s, and you can tell by the light fixtures in the home. We removed the old light fixture and installed this new one. It was an easy install and fast upgrade to my son's room. It matches the decor he chose and works great with the light switch. The lighting is bright, which is great since my son loves reading books. He is happy with his new upgrade, and I'm glad it was an easy switch. I am looking forward to installing these in our other bedrooms as we have many light fixtures to replace.

High quality

So I will start with the caveat that I haven't installed this yet. I am in the midst of purchasing a house. So plan to install this light fixture once I move. It is a nice, high quality piece. The chrome color look on the hardware and the light glass cover look good. I can't wait to put this in the hall of my new house!

Quality materials

This Essentials - 584x-Flush Mount fixture is just the right light fixture if you have low ceilings. It's flush mount hugs the ceiling perfectly. Easy to install that one person can do it. This was installed in the bathroom and the silver finish matched all the accessories in the bathroom. This will be so easy to clean too! It's an easy way to update and brighten the space without breaking the bank! The circular dome shape will compliment any decor. Really pleased with the quality material. Nothing cheap about it at all.

Love my new Essentials Flush mount ceiling light. Was easy to install. Like the finish color and style. I have similar style throughout the house so everything kinda matches. The frosted glass lets enough light through to light up any room or hallway.

This flush mount light fixture looks amazing! It's so easy to install and looks so classy. I love that it fits my room perfectly! The frosted glass doesnt dim the light too much, so it's very functional! Highly recommend!

I have purchased other products like this that all were easier to install. Wiring 4 separate wires together was a bit much when competitors have this predone with easy connectors. Otherwise it looks good and functions as expected.

TRASH

The Essentials fixtures are NOT! They are very cheaply made, the wires are way too short to connect. The thing they don't tell you in the description is that you have to connect each socket with it's own set of wires to the main junction box wires. The connector twist nuts are too small for that so we had to go buy larger ones. Then we discovered that with the size of the fixture, the wires are just too short unless the main box junction box wires are really long, which ours isn't. Also the screws that you have to align and put through 3" of insulation on top of the base plate is a mess! Then, to return it, you have to have it backed perfectly in the original box, with the parts in the original sealed bag! Huh????? Save your money, don't buy! Also, the instructions DO NOT show that each of the sockets are wired separately! We threw this one in the trash because if we send it back, they will just try to resell it. JUNK!

BEWARE- Do NOT Buy!

I bought this fixture for my hall ceiling. There was -nothing- in the description that indicates that there are 3 separate sets of connection wires, one for -each- light socket, instead of the usual one for the whole fixture. I only have one white and black wire from my junction boxes. So, how are you supposed to wire it up!!!!!!! Also, there is about 2" of insulation under the light plate. It's a mess! I am sending it back!

The light was good but they sent the wrong color....

The light was good but they sent the wrong color. The box and order said brushed nickel but received a bronze color. Was not too happy. I didn’t know that until they installed the light and I was not going to pay again for the installation.

spend and afternoon chasing parts—its fun!

If you want to spend the afternoon getting the correct parts to install a light fixture, then this is the one you want to buy! The mounting screws for the fixture were way too short— AND because its Chinese made, they are metric and not SAE. Be prepared to search out 4mm x60mm and bring some extra wirenuts with you while you’re at it because their’s are not large enough if you have a ceiling box with more than 1 neutral tied in. There is enough insulation above the fixture to choke a horse—even though most sane people are using LEDs and the insulation does not need to be that thick. Its almost impossible to feed the mounting screw into the slot properly BECAUSE THE MOUNTING HOLE IS DRILLED TO SMALL for the screw head to fit through. Have fun with this; I did.

Looks great! I have 4 of these in my home. Easy to install. Bright. Great buy. I have a lot of brushed oiled bronze in my house and it adds perfectly. Packing was great. We absolutely had no issues with anything being damaged during delivery.
