A great looking set that was perfect for the first six months, then the hook started flying off every time I grabbed my robe. Now two of the four pieces are useless. The spring that pushes the tab down to hold the caps in place gets stuck, so the tab sticks in the depressed position. Then when you pull the towel, the bar flies off with the end pieces - even more annoying if someone is sleeping and the towel bar crashes and bounces on the tile floor. I can push the tab up manually and see that it sticks even without the towel bar end. We've tried a few modifications with pliers, but nothing lasts. Finally I reported it and we couldn't get a refund.

Look great in my redecorated bathroom.

Pretty set. The oil rubbed bronze of this set is more shinymetallic than rubbed bronze. It is still pretty durable.
