Good morning unfortunately it was the wrong item shipped. I sent the faucet to Guyana for daughter. When she opened the box it was the wrong item.

Faucet as described & arrived very well packed. The instructions are lacking info: found a plastic washer & a black rubber washer loose in the bottom of the box. Nothing in the installation info shows where they go. Contacting company to find out - sprayer not working properly so assuming one or both go in it. Have to pull out sprayer & lay in the sink as it spurts water all over when either hot or cold water is turned on. Update after a few months: company sent new valves, handles & sprayer. Still has slight leaks, when water is turned off with handles, water drips from the sprayer. A shame as a nice looking faucet. Another update: May 2024: did replace the valves. One week later the hot water handle spins all the way around, valve is broken. A piece of junk. Would change to one star but system won't let me. Will replace entire faucet ASAP & not buy Kingston Brass product ever again.
