Faulty fittings/cheaply made
After less than two years of use, we need to buy a new faucet because the fitting broke and gasket failed and it’s all cheaply made, not brass or stainless. They rusted out and our hot water failed to flow and ended up breaking at the supply line. You cannot buy parts for this either. Waste of money.
I have purchased Kraus products before, and will continue as I find the build and quality excellent. Always a good design with nice finish. The company seems to care about the product they put out and it shows.
Just ok
The faucet looks nice and overall functionality is good. However, the quality is lacking and it doesn't last nearly as long as I would expect. At this price point, I'd expect 4-5 years out of the faucet since we don't have hard water. However, after 2.5 years of average use, the faucet sprayer switch has snapped off and the finish on the champagne bronze is wearing and flaking off. The lifetime warranty does not cover these items. For these reasons, I would not purchase again.
Great quality, nice finish, great function! I have been using this faucet for about a month and I like it a lot. The sprayer works very well and the size of the arch is ideal. Kraus makes nice fixtures.

It works. But the stream isn’t smooth. It goes from shower mode to “smooth” mode and still water splashes to the sides. Wish I could show a video. For the amount of money would have picked another brand if I’d have known.
Just what I wanted and needed.
I love this faucet. The water pressure is perfect. I tried a couple of well know brands and had to return them, I looked at reviews and googled best kitchen faucets and found Kraus. I really did not know the brand but I tried it and LOVE it!
Love my faucet!
After almost 2 years, I still love my faucet every time I use it, and as the main kitchen faucet, I use it every day! I didn’t understand the appeal of these tall, flexible prerinse faucets until I got one. It reaches every corner of my large double basin sink. The spray head stretches right down to the bottom of the sink, and if I am washing some huge object that doesn’t fit in the sink (for example, the large drawer from my refrigerator or a tall vase), the hose in it’s flexible housing will easily reach up over the object. You don’t have to pull hard on the hose, or kink it to get it in any of these configurations, so it will last much longer than a rigid faucet. That was very pleased to get it in the aged bronze colorStill looks brand new. I was very pleased to get it in the aged bronze color, and it still looks brand new!

This is the first faucet of this type that I have owned. The sprayer is nice enough. It has good reach. Either I have low water pressure or the amount of water coming out does not seem sufficient. My main complaint is the handle. I am right handed, but never realized until I bought this faucet that I tend to use my left hand to turn on the water, especially if I am holding something like a hot pan in my hand (right hand), so I find myself having to cross over all the time to turn the water on. Usually the faucet is in the way, so I am also having to swing it out of the way first, turn on the water with my left, then move the faucet back. Can't say I care much for having to pull the handle out then down to get to the hot water. The rest of the family seem to have the same issues as I do. We've never had a faucet make us feel so uncoordinated. If I had to do it over again, I would not buy this style of faucet with this style of handle on one side.
Nice faucet, bad supply lines
The faucet itself is nice and seems extremely well-made, but the supply lines came with thin, flat filter washers that were promptly shredded when attaching to the water lines. It says with 3/8 compression, but it's more of a flat surface inside. I haven't seen a supply line like that before. I faintly remember seeing this type of connection in Europe. Maybe they used the wrong parts during assembly.
Great look, cheap hardware
There is no doubt that this faucet is one of the best looking on the market. It's made of quality, heavy duty material for everything you see above the counter top surface. However, the nuts that connect to the hot/cold water taps underneath the sink are absolute garbage. I had one crack in my hand while I was HAND tightening it. They are the cheapest, most thin gauge "steel" I have ever seen- so much so I ended up cutting both hoses right above the nut and coupler fitting and splicing the hoses with the fittings from my old faucet's hoses (all brass hardware). So just be cautious and very delicate with the installation!
Love it!
this faucet is amazing. my wife and I were thinking it might ve too tall for our smaller kitchen, but it looks great. Installation was pretty easy compared to other faucets i have put in as well. Gotta address another review i read for this that complained about the sprayer switch and handle placement: turn the nozzle, it can do that. Also, why would you install it with the handle facing forward? Put it to the side like a normal person and it wont be in the way.Had to defend this faucet against a reviewer that probably needs instructions to operate a toaster. But seriously, it looks great and works very well. Didnt look into the GPM rating, but this has a very high flow rate and amazing pressure on the settings. Only reason i might not recommend this to someone else would be if they prefer low-flow stuff, which i dont.If you like the looks of this and can fit it into your budget, get this thing!

It's beautiful! Functionality is wonderful. My favorite part it if you are using the spray feature and turn the water off it automatically reverts back to the stream. I also love that it hangs lower into my sink than my last faucet so when the spray is on it doesn't splash as much water. Love the reach of the hose and the spot-free finish. Very happy!
