Exactly What I Needed
There weren't any instructions included with mine, but it was easy to figure out. I'm a 69 yr old woman and not very handy, so I think anyone can do it. You just need 2 different types of screwdrivers. One of the screws is super tiny, so I used my tiny screwdriver from my eyeglasses repair kit. I need a single mount toilet paper holder because of the location site, so this is exactly what I wanted. Looks great too!
No frills just the basics.
the product is pretty solid no frills, it fit the needs that I had very well and was high quality enough to keep me happy.
Poor color
Delivery was quick but only a hint of oil rubbed color in one spot on wall fixture. Might as well of been called all black. Competitors units in the store have much better color but deliveries were weeks away. Do yourself a favor and wait the for a better product if you can
Easy installation
Super easy installation. This looks great in my bathroom, it matches my bronze finish bathroom hardware. Instructions were easy to follow.

hit-and-miss quality
I received two of these holders: one is perfect; the other is shown in this picture -- chipped all along the thin bar. I returned this one and received another w/chips although not as bad, so I will keep it. It even looks as if they tried to cover up the chips. The item itself is just what I wanted. I would have given it 5 stars, but lacks consistent quality.

i haven't used them, yet. they arrived fast. they seem sturfy and are just the color i wanted. look like the photo in the add and seem to be as describe in the ad.
