LOVE IT

This looks really great and was exactly what I was looking for to replace a faucet in our historic home bath. I like that it came with all the supplies needed, like the valve, etc. I dropped 1 star because it doesn’t seem to be straight after installation. Totally could be the fault of the installer, but the hot and cold are not evenly sticking out from the wall and the silver rings that cover where the pipes come out of the wall are flimsy. If you don’t pay attention, it looks good, but I notice these things and it leaves me less than completely satisfied.

The diverter on this valve is horrible. It doesn't have a shut off position. It either leaks from the faucet or the tub spout. They sent replacement cartridges that doesn't help at all. A total waste of money and the customer service rep is rude.

Have used these for only 3-4 months because we do not live full time in the house these are in, and already have to replace both handles because they both broke. And of course, missed the window to replace the items!

Diverter is Dangerous

This is a horrible and dangerous valve, it just turns with no stop for tub faucet or shower. It's already burned two of our guests. This needs to be taken off the market.

The tub and shower faucets are pretty in chrome and work well in my bathroom.

They did not ask me about the spread!

I was happy to receive my product earlier than was estimated. But the faucet spread was eight inches to replace eleven inches spread faucet. It won't work. There are no mention of the spread size on the description. If they only ask me about the spread size that would have changed things and not waste a lot of times. If you have an eight inch spread this product would be great.
