I love the look of this faucet but a week after having it installed, the knobs were loose. I had it fixed again and several weeks later the same thing happened. The handyman finally had to glue them in place so they wouldn't keep getting loose.

It was hard to find a faucet that came out of the wall like this. I love it!

Love this for our laundry room sink. Needed a bridge style with a flex arm and this fits the bill.

Not well-made and will not fit on vintage fittings. Have a 1939 house and it’s not compatible Wayfair would not give a refund.

If only use this for about six months. I don't scrub and clean it. It just chips from regular use. Now it just looks like a cheap worn out faucet. It is so frustrating. I like the way it works although I did have A problem for a while getting the left knob to stay closed and not leak.

Faucet is great quality but, it needs more thought on the installation parts/pieces. Or maybe providing a better kit of installation parts as a "suggested product" when an in-wall faucet of 5 lbs. in added to the cart.

Needed a faucet for an older home with wall mounted plumbing. This worked nicely and updated the sink.

I bought 2 wall mounted faucets because I wanted to see which one would look better in the space. The faucets arrived quickly. However the rest of the work that needed to be done before installation took a long time (schedules, am I right?!). When the plumber was eventually able to install the faucet(s), there was only one WALL MOUNTED faucet. This one is counter mounted, even though the picture is wall mounted. Now it's been well over 90 days (because of all the delays in construction) and I'm stuck with a $400+ faucet that's not what I thought I was buying.

Our home is coming up on its centennial. We had a very old wall mount faucet and we did not want to replace our historic tile. There are not a lot of good wall mount kitchen faucet options. After some research, My wife and I really liked the look of the Abramo two-Handle faucet. When it arrived it was clearly high quality. However, it was only after it was installed that we discovered A critical design flaw. The handle goes down to turn ON the water and up to turn OFF the water. If this was a dial handle this would not be an issue, but this handle is long and weighed on the end. So when we turn on the hot water a little, the handle slowly falls down turning the hot water faster and faster. This is basic physics between gravity and a weighted lever. Now after a few weeks we sometimes find the faucet has turned on by itself. When I first contacted Magnus support their response was 'this is the correct operation of the faucet'. Clearly the faucet coming on by itself is not tenable. We are not going live with the faucet coming on by itself. Once I made it clear that their response was not a solution to our problem (and I sent them a video of handle moving on by itself.) They agreed to contact the manufacturer, about the issue. A week later the manufacturer sent out new cartridges. Unfortunately cartridges still turn in the same direction. Down for ON and up for OFF. So this will not solve our issue. This is a $450 faucet, Magnus tells me I can't return because I've installed it. We can't live with a faucet that turns on by itself. It cost a lot of money to get it installed and would cost a lot to get it replace. This is going to become a very expensive problem unless we can find a solution. I've brought up the idea of just swapping the hot and cold cartridges. I've not gotten a full confirmation that this is possible and would change the direction of the ON & OFF. I'm getting a bit frustrated with the lack of support from Magnus and inability to understand the nature of the issue.

This is perfect for our kitchen; it matches our antique farm sink . When the item was mistakenly shipped with two "cold" indicators for the knobs/dials, Wayfair fixed the issue quickly and seamlessly. Thank you.

We installed this faucet on our kitchen sink, and it has been spraying water out of the wrong places... Our plumber investigated & an inner piece has completely broken on it. So we are having to track down new hardware. We liked it before it broke! But we hadn't even been able to use it yet before that happened.

Beautiful faucet, just right for my hybrid kitchen that is a bit old fashioned. Upgrade from prior basic faucet--love the ability to spray; helps clean-up (and great for water fights)

I really don't understand how this has any 5-star reviews. I bought this faucet early on in our kitchen renovation because it looked high-end and my husband wanted a sprayer function for the faucet. It was out of the return window by the time it was installed and we figured out how poor in function it truly is so I had to buy a completely different faucet. The biggest issue with this faucet is the sprayer nozzle... it is PLASTIC. The O ring on our model made it impossible to get a tight seal, causing a continuous drip. Our contractor worked for a long time to find a solution. I even got a replacement from the manufacturer but the same thing happened with the second one sent. Truly disheartening at this price point.
