Attractive and perfect for a hand towel

It looks nice but I don't have a lot of confidence in the piece of plastic that actually mounts it to the wall. I don't understand cheaping out on the parts that do the actual work.

Purchased the towel ring holder and toilet paper holder to match our faucets from the same set. They are not a match at all. The finish is completely different between the faucets and towel ring holder. Would not recommend.

Ring needs more resistance

Good quality easy to install and remove. Only criticism is towel bar swings unrestricted and when removing towel, ring hits wall making a loud noise.

I purchased this in oil rubbed bronze and it complements our other bathroom fixtures well. Brantford is a reliable brand. We like the quality of this towel ring.

Moen hand towel ring

We purchased Moen products in brushed nickel for our masterbath renovation. We noticed that the color of the hand towel rings did not match the faucets. I contacted Mel, the customer service representative. She said, “The towel rings are made by a different company and are not meant to match. They are only complementary”. She also said when installed, they will be away from each other and the difference in color on the hand towel holder and the faucet would not be noticeable. Yet in the pictures on line everything matches and there is no variation in color. She also said the metal they are using is different than the brush nickel faucets. Why? No wonder they are a different color and don’t match! Terrible customer service. There is no mention that the tower rings are a different color and don’t match, and are made from a different metal by another company.

Matches my other pieces perfectly. Very nice.
