Worth Every Cent And Then Some!!!!

25 years ago I bought a Char-Broil charcoal grill that was a very well built heavy duty grill. Throughout the 25 years I had that grill I only had to replace the charcoal pan a few times and give it a fresh coat of grill paint a couple of times. The charcoal pan became obsolete and I was never able to find an equivalent replacement. So, I began looking for a replacement charcoal grill. I must have looked at 50 charcoal grills and all of those were cheaply made of light gauge metal and they all weighed only a fraction of my trusty old Char-Broil grill.

I'm quite happy with my Judge. I selected this grill as I had a list of features I was looking for and this one had them all.

Not welded great.

There was shipping damage to the grill. And that damage caused one of the tiny welds at the bottom pf the grill to pop off

Wanted to switch back to charcoal from gas for awhile. Really like the grill. Got the premium version with the stainless steel shelves. Ordered the rubber wheels made it easier to move around. Ordered a cover but it doesn’t fit over premium shelves.

Heavy duty work horse

I've had this grill for a year now and absolutely without a doubt rank this number one above all!!! It's a heavy duty work horse and still looks new!!

Little expensive for what you get. It does grill well, the material and metal quality are average.

So far I seasoned it and cooked ribs on it. Ribs came out looking and tasting great, held the temp between 275 and 300 consistently, so far I'm happy withe the Judge, I gave it 4 stars only because I only used it once to cook on.

The grill was easy to assemble. I love the amount of real state it offers to cook, smoke, sear…you name it and it does it. The front door for easy refueling is amazing. The only reason I’m giving it 3 of 5 is because my pit came a bit banged up. I really needed to use it that weekend though so I didn’t return it.

STAY AWAY - WHOLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IS DISASTER

Bought this grill and few items along with it. First batch of items were totally wrong had to spend hours to fix the issue. Then I assembled the grill and its ash tray was severely damaged.

Best BBQ I have owned.

This barbecue is a weapon. It is heavy duty, weighing around 100kg. Easy to put together with two people recommended. The grates are the easiest to clean out of all the bbqs I have owned. Cook on the flat side and use the scraper at the end of the cook.
