Works excellent. Love it.

Great grill, had an issue with digital controller had an issue out of the box. Not HD’s issue but ZGrills. Customer service from ZGrills is also 5 stars.

My wife and I bought this grill for my son-in-law and he loves it.

Item is as advertised, although a clean out of unused.

So far I have only grilled on our new grill. I look forward to smoke a brisket this weekend! So far it’s amazing!

I unpacked everything and as I started to assemble, I noticed that part of cooking chamber is dented and bent. This won’t work this way

Great grill just what I want.

I do not typically write reviews on products but I am making an exception for the Z Grill. I was very impressed from the very beginning when I opened up the box. I do not think I’ve ever seen parts packed better than they were for this grill. Assembly was not bad at all, just follow the directions. I am equally impressed with the quality of the grill, from the thickness of the metal right down to the weight of the wheels. I think this grill has better wheels on it than my lawn mower.

The grill arrived sent on the main Drum. Took me a little bit, but eventually got ahold of customer service and the shipped a replacement out the next day. Arrived 3 days after that. Awesome customer service. And the grill has performed better than expected.

Zgrill is awesome!!!

I bought my Zgrill in 1/02/24 n I have smoked sausage, 3 racks Spare Ribs, 3 pork shoulders, family pack quater thighs, family pack of wings, a larger pork loin, round rib eye n left the brisket 4 last. All in 5 wks. I have put this smoker 2 the test n beyond. From low n slow 2 high n fast. But low n slow is best. Everything has come out awesome. The only bad thing I have 2 say I would have love more in between temperature. But over all its and awesome grill for the price. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent product and easy to use.

It works very well when it is actually working. It hold heat very well and is efficient. The hopper and pellet feed system does glitch sometimes and you can't really trust it for an overnight smoke.

Like everything about the pellet grill EXCEPT for the plastic wheels. If the wheels are tighten a bit to much the wheels won't roll. Too loose and the nut falls off. Come on guys! However, I bought 3 grills as Christmas presents. Son in-laws are quite satisfied and have been grilling up a storm. However, they did agree with me about the casters.

Easy to assemble! We love it

After figuring out what the instructions was saying. I was able to use my grill and I was not impressed. There is no smoke taste in the food using pellets and forced heat. I wanted to upgrade from my 15 yr old stand up smoker and the is no comparison my old smoke mountain blows Z grill away. I wish I could get a refund!

Very difficult assembly and controller didn't work

So far this has been an awful experience.

Great pellet grill that’s easy to assemble and use and very comparable to traeger for way less money for a similar model. Definitely recommend this to everyone.
