We didn’t realize that the base plate would not work with our double sinks as one is bigger than the other, so we didn’t use it and ensured we sealed it well with clear sealant.

Sensor failed, now I can’t even use as faucet

Sensor function terrible. I turned it off because it was failing soon after install. Now I can’t even use it as a regular faucet because it will not let water thru. Never again buying a sensor faucet.

Awful. About 80 percent of the time, it gets confused about whether it should use the sensor or not. Difficult to use both the manual lever and the sensor. If I use the manual lever, it may give me water for only 3 seconds, out maybe not at all. I have to often spend a number of attempts to " clear" the sensor by turning it on and off using the sensor. It just gets out of whack.

Love the Touchless Krauss Kitchen Faucet.

1.5 years later and the finish has corroded off

I dont recommend this product for 2 reasons. 1st reason is not even 2 years into owning this faucet the bottom section finish has corroded away. 2nd reason, I reached out to customer support to see if they would assist with the poor quality and they reiterated their 1 year warranty. They do NOT stand behind their product. Buy a different brand.

I really like the look of this faucet and I love the touchless sensor. I had seen one or two reviews that people could only get hot or cold water to work and I thought those might be flukes. Sadly, despite several attempts to get it to work, the faucet only will stay on either cold or hot once the faucet is fully seated. We contacted the company (KRAUS) directly and they just said to keep jiggling it and that was the only advice we got. We now have a faucet that is only on warm/hot.

Parts are not holding together, and after hours of installation our plumber said it’s broken! No hot water coming through.

Works great, looks great. Slight delay with the sensor so just have to swipe and trust that the water will stop. Can adjust the water flow but it is not gradual, almost feels like there’s either too much, ergo too fast and the water splashes everywhere, or it’s too little and it’s not enough pressure to get gunk off.

This is awesome. It adds a modern industrial touch to our kitchen. It was pretty easy to install, we did it ourselves, and the touchless sensor is a nice feature. Only complaint is how easy it is to turn it on with the touchless as we've done it a few times while cleaning up and have gotten wet sleeves, but that's just a little thing!

This faucet is GREAT! The instructions were perfect and my husband installed it in just a few minutes. It does take a minute to get used to the touchless feature; we kept turning the faucet off and not the touchless switch, but we got it figured out!

So glad we ordered this faucet. We were worried the hose could be flimsy, not sit in the holder correctly, something would prevent us from installing it—but all went pretty well. One valve that came with this faucet did not function correctly. Plumber replaced for us. Our plumber installed for 450. We got the stainless steel faucet on sale for 320. It works great! A bit of a delay (1 second) between waving to the touch less sensor and the faucet’s response not bad. We love the coil look, because we’ve had solid before. Coil is much more flexible yet strong. Plus, so nice and tall! Spray function gives power. Very happy with purchase.

Must wave hand every time you operate the lever.

This product makes no sense. If you use the lever to operate the faucet you also have to wave your hand over the sensor EVERY TIME.

Kraus faucet; sensor

The first faucet we ordered did not run hot properly, but we returned and ordered a new one, which works fine. Overstock has great return policy so I would not hesitate to purchase again. Only downside is that the faucet is not touch, but there is a sensor on the side. To wave a wet hand in front of it to turn it off means getting water all over the granite by the faucet. Wish I had thought of that, but for the price compared to other options, this is a small inconvenience!

Love the look & functionality of the faucet, but after 5 months it is leaking profusely & is not usable. That is unacceptable, especially for the high cost. The head keeps falling off & hose goes crazy squirting all over the place. I checked inside where the hose & head connect, no damage whatsoever. So so disappointing. I had to buy another, cheaper faucet to replace for the holiday weekend.

Faulty Sensor?

The sensor randomly quit working properly around 3 months in. Luckily it comes with a small junction box underneath and I was able to bypass the sensor part to just have running water in our kitchen. This is a $300 product. The quality should be better, and after reading several other reviews, the sensor seems to be a recurring issues for several people, but in different ways. I'm gonna have to contact the warranty people and that in itself is annoying.

I love this! I installed over a 36inch stainless Farm Sink and I have dark granite... Looks so good in black. I was fearful of the motion sensor but the automatic shut off is fantastic. While I am washing dishes it will turn off if I take too long scrubbing something, which actually saves water and reminds me to as well! I would order again and again!

Easy To Install and Looks Good Too

Great looking faucet and a breeze to install. I've installed many different makes/models of faucets as part of my trade and the few that I've done from the Kraus line have all been straight forward where one person can install with having to have another above sink holding the faucet in place. Another plus is that there was no need for any other specialty tools like a basin wrench. The design is a great modern look and the sprayer is an awesome addition.

Excellent faucet

I love this faucet. I returned the stainless steel and bought the polished chrome. The stainless looked more like polished nickel and didn't match my existing stainless and chrome finishes. The faucet itself is great. It has a lot of pressure. The handle moves forward to accommodate a larger sink that sits closer to the backsplash which is nice but took some getting use to. I have it mounted on a dual mount sink that's dropped in but will eventually be under mounted and the faucet will be reinstalled without the escutcheon plate. I like that there's options for installation. This was the easiest faucet we've ever installed.

Kitchen Faucet

I did not know this particular faucet came with the touchless sensor. That sensor is a pain and I will have someone disconnect it as soon as possible. I am too old to get down in the cabinet to the unit to do that myself. The force the water comes out of the faucet is hard to adjust. It can be but there is a small margin in getting it reduced and turning off the water flow completely.

Amazingly Simple Install and Gorgeous Faucet

This faucet is absolutely gorgeous. When we first installed it was hard to notice the champagne good color. But after a week we can clearly see the subtle gold color and it definitely makes our kitchen island look high end. It has excellent water pressure on both settings. My husband installed it himself and it was easy and straight forward and he didn't have to break is back trying to installed it under the sink. Most of the install was above the counter. It's sturdy and a show stopper. We get tons of compliments on it.
