Kraus faucets

Purchased at Ferguson/build.com. We purchased the commercial style pull-down faucet (KPF-2631) and can't wait for it to be the centerpiece for our new island sink in our kitchen remodel. We also purchased the Oletto-styled single-handle pull-down for an auxiliary sink (KPF-2820). The build quality of both of these sinks is excellent and very solid (all solid brass and steel) and as a result there is some real heft to them.

Pretty and durable faucet

We installed this in our outdoor kitchen and have been super happy with the quality and durability of this faucet. Even outside, it doesn’t get dirty or have water spots and is super easy to clean. I love how sleek it looks too!

Works ok , good function unfortunately the sprayer is not a true sprayer. It has like an air bubble that comes out of the middle as it sprays (not 100 )in favour of this style of spray overall works well, held up well, colour looks great. Installed well over a year ago. I wanted to take some time to make sure it was worthy before I posted.

This is a beautiful finish. Matching brushed gold colors is very difficult, nothing will ever be exact to the light fixture or the cabinet handles. However, this compliments everything nicely. A nice clean design!

Weighted Hose Gets Stuck on Pipes

Title says it all. The weight on the hose gets stuck around / on / behind our pipes. So the hose does not always retract. It’s a pain. I honestly hate it.

These faucets look amazing! The gold rich colors and quality are outstanding! Not to mention the warranty. They came fast and well packed ready to be installed. We decided to get these beauties for our vanity and we don’t regret for their look is astonishing!! Our bathroom still under construction but I can’t wait to use them. Don’t hesitate to get these, I’m sure you won’t regret it!!

Ordered two. Sturdy and they look great. Had a master plumber install. After just three months of use the faucet is failing at least one is. Trying to see if there is replacement potential but not looking good! I needed this standard size connection potential. Not sure if I would purchase again

Adaptor size is a disaster

I bought this faucet and was happy with the quality. The plumber installed it easily and then the nightmare. The aerator is a completely different size than what we have available in US. The Kraus customer service is super disinterested in helping via their online site. Home Depot was great, but they don't have this size either. I bought it to install a filter too and now will have to pay the plumber again to replace faucet. Will have to return to HD. Good thing I bought it there.

This is a sleek, quality looking faucet with a modern simplicity that I love. I paired it with some traditional hardware in a kitchen that was a mixture of east coast traditional and a few modern touches and it it works perfectly in the kitchen, aesthetically speaking. I can't speak to the function and long-term use- I've only turned it on once to make sure it worked. I am very picky about quality and design and I am very pleased with this.

Fantastic until I had to remove the sprayer head

Fantastic product. I really liked the design. Then I had some water problem and had to remove the sprayer. The sprayer is made of cheap plastic and with the swiveling of the head, it cross tread damaging the treading. It will not seat properly now and leaks. Liking the design I have forked out another $120 to buy a new one with a mental note not to remove the head.

Great Sink, Great Customer Service!

We purchased this faucet last year. We had read really great reviews about other products and were in between options with a couple of brands. We had called in and spoke to Rachel who was extremely patient with us! She was very informative and helped us with some options. Qw love the overall design and it's been a really great addition to our recent kitchen remodel. We would definitely recommend this product if you are deciding between faucets.

Buyer beware. Faucet has serious pressure issues.

I received two faucets that had the same exact problem. Very low pressure when using hot water. KPF-2631 Oletto model. Finally had to choose a different model to get a working faucet. KPF-1691 Britt model. Was without hot water in kitchen for 3 weeks. Kraus refused to publish my original review that contained much more detail.

Second finely crafted Kraus faucet I've bought. Elegant design and easy to install. I installed myself after D Moe Contracting (HD contractor extraordinaire) expertly installed our new solid surface counter(LG HiMACs) in our laundry room. Also bought a Kraus KBU11 undermount stainless steel sink This was also my second Kraus Outlast All-in-One Undermount Stainless Steel sink. I used the really nice drain assembly that came with the Kitchen sink on the laundry room sink sink we have a garbage disposal.

[Rewarded Review] Perfect size for that bar or smaller kitchen sink

The design is sleek looking and stylish. This is designed for a bar or kitchen sink size hole. A bathroom vanity hole would be too small. And it doesn't come with an escutcheon so you will either have to buy plugs for the other two holes or make sure your sink is a single hole application. You install this faucet from the top down so no more fumbling with a wrench underneath the cabinet. Of course you will still have to go under there to attach your water lines. The handle can be either on the right side or the left and the spout swivels 360 degrees.The spout has a nice high arch so you can get those bigger water pictures under it. Plenty of water pressure from the 1.5 GPM flow rate. It has an all metal body so no plastic to scratch and break. And it comes with a limited life time warranty.
